This is the second couch that I've purchased from Club Furniture, and in both cases, I feel like I got quality pieces of custom furniture for an unbelievable price. That's the definition of true value. I love the wide range of fabrics that are available and how quickly Club sends out the samples. I window-shopped at one of the high-end furniture stores that offers custom couches and the price I paid for this was much less with many more options for fabric selections, than at that store. I got similar styling, but better quality and price. It took about 9 weeks for my couch to be delivered and the delivery people were great to deal with. They called to confirm delivery time, put the couch exactly where I asked and took all the packing materials with them. It was truly a white glove experience. I will definitely shop at Club Furniture the next time I need a new living room furniture.

This was a major purchase for us. It was essential for us to "get it right". From beginning to end, our experience with Club Furniture was exceptional! The people were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful! We really appreciated their attention to details, guidance, and the fact that they went above and beyond to ensure that through the end stage white glove delivery, everything went smoothly. Our georgeous leather sleeper has arrived. We love it! It is a beautiful addition to our home. Thank you!

Buying furniture online is scary and daunting but with Club Furniture support I quickly comfortable and ended up with the chair of my dreams. Of course, pictures on a computer screen always look good and surely didn't provide the leather smell I envisioned. I decided to start the process and see what they could offer, a bit of a gamble at this price point. After getting my small swatch selection and deciding on one I was blown away by the next step. I chose one, asked them to proceed but they said "nope, not yet" and sent me a bigger swatch from the precise hide they would build my recliner from. I received it and called the same day, asking them to proceed. Again, the reply was "nope, not yet" and asked me to carry the leather with me for a week or more, crumpling, touching and smelling along the way. After a week the leather just got better and better, so again I ask for them to proceed. This time they gladly did and within a few months I took ownership of the most amazing chair I have ever owned. I have no doubt it will outlive me and become a family heirloom. In short, every step of this journey was amazing, always proved that Club Furniture was invested and interested in me receiving precisely what I envisioned. I will, without a doubt, return for more!

I purchased a Vance sofa and love seat set early last summer (despite the confusing website and lack of photos). Due to COVID, the shipment was delayed twice. No one called or emailed me to let me know. I had to contact the company each time, which proved to be difficult because customer service is lacking. The sofas were finally delivered in late October but the fabric did not look ANYTHING like the 1x2 in swatch that I had chosen. I kept the sofas anyway, but now after 5 months, the front leg frames on both sofas are loose! I emailed the company but they will only send out a furniture repair company. The entire front panel is loose, which means they will have to destroy the fabric and dust cover to repair the frame. I am so disappointed with this company. I tried doing the right thing by "buying American" but now tell everyone I know to avoid buying from them. So disappointed all around.

I spent over $3000 on a sofa and two large chairs. All are slipcovered. The quality of the fabric is sub-standard. It stains very easily even though it is supposedly one of their toughest fabrics. Also, the couch frame is already giving way. I have contacted their customer service department - I've been asking for help for almost 3 months. I get lots of promises but NO HELP. If I had it to do over again, I would NOT purchase from Club Furniture.
