February 2020 - We bought a Janice Sleeper Sofa and it had numerous quality issues. We received the sofa and the cushions did not fit the couch. The seat cushions hung off the edge of the couch and when sitting it felt as if you were being pushed forward. The back cushions were t-cushions and did not rest on the arm of the sofa. We worked with customer service and the had new cushions made and sent to us. Still not correct AND the material had defects in it. They wanted to send a technician to our home but we decided enough was enough and elected to return the sofa. Club Furniture did pick up sofa put kept a 10% restocking fee. This was not a issue of us just not liking the sofa style, because we did, it was a manufacturing quality issue. In our opinion, all monies should be returned to us. However, that is not their policy. Skip this company.
UPDATE: SEPT. 2020 COMPANY HAS FINAL REFUNDED ALL MY MONEY. I UPGRADED THEM TO 2 STARS. QUALITY OF FURNITURE IS STILL AN ISSUE.
I was nervous buying online furniture during Covid-19 restrictions. But the chair came as promised and we love it!
I looked over the catalog, asked a few questions and the following week received a bunch of leather samples.
When I called to ask a few more questions and place my order, they suggested I wait a few more day while they sent a large sample of the leather I selected so I could get a better feeling of it. I appreciated that kind of thoughtfulness. I placed the order and about two days later the@#%$@#! Virus shut down the Country! During the down time I received several calls from Club Furniture to reassure me that they would build the chair ASAP! I told them I had confidence in their Company and that I was willing to wait until their employees could return to work safely. All in all, I am very satisfied with Club Furniture. It was worth the wait!

I wanted American made living room furniture and I found them at Club Furniture. My club chair is very comfortable and is just the right size for my living room, not too big, not too small. The fabric I chose is perfect too. My sleeper sofa arrived yesterday and it is an "off white" color and can be easily cleaned when necessary. This sofa is also the best size for my room. All in all I am very happy with my purchases and will recommend Club Furniture to anyone seeking quality American made furniture.
Our Cal King leather sleigh bed frame had quite a journey from start to finish due to the exigencies of the coronavirus pandemic and our own change of mind on where to accept delivery of our order (two towns about 900 miles apart, where we have summer/winter homes). Jeff King was our customer support person from start to finish, and we were greatly impressed by his competence in managing our changing situation. We love our Club Furniture bed, and would highly recommend this company for its quality products and fantastic customer service.
The entire process went very smoothly and exactly as expected. Color samples arrived on time and the order confirmation phone call was a nice customer service step. The chair arrived in perfect condition after its journey across the country and it is gorgeous.

Our leather recliner arrived with a very noticeable blemish on the seat cushion fresh out of the packaging. We took photos as did the delivery personnel. I emailed Club Furniture customer service immediately asking how this could be resolved. It was over a week before I received a non-automated email response, and that was only after I followed up.
The issue resolution is still in process, so we'll see how this plays out. My final satisfaction level is dependent on the resolution.
Chair quality was exceptional and comfortable. Getting the down in the cushions was a good move on our part. It will definitely lead to more orders.
Customer service and product was excellent. Delivery service was not great, came day later, no face covering and handle furniture with dirty hands. Left prints but able to clean the areas

I purchased an apartment size sofa in September of 2019 and it was delivered in October of 2020. So as of this date (June 27,2020) the sofa has been used for 9 months. Already, the cushion stitching is coming apart and the fabric does not stay in place so the cushion covering moves all over the foam and does not fit neatly. The couch looks well-used and it is not even a year old. Very disappointed in this $1400 apartment size couch. This is my fifth purchase from Club Furniture and I have always been satisfied. Now I'm wondering what has happened to this company that has always delivered excellent products and services. Very reluctant to buy from them again.
Buying a piece of furniture online is a scary experience, but so are these times we live in. I put my total faith into the online photos I saw that the chair was quality through and through. I was provided with every fabric/leather choices available and was advised by Mark which would probably be best for our fur babies that includes a cat. We are so happy with our chair and highly recommend this Club Furniture. Thanks for making this a great purchase for us.

Answer: We just received our first Club Furniture order. Order process was seamless. Our leather sofa is stunning and well-made. 100% top grain leather, no bonded-leather nor color-match vinyl. Frame, cushions and construction are excellent. For half the price of anything comparable from a local retailer. Hustle? Definitely not.
