New sofa we purchased in summer 2013 has problems with fabric dye fading in a number of spots. There are areas where the color is a couple of shades lighter due to normal contact with skin. No other furniture in entire house has ever faded like this, and no cleaning products of any sort have been used on the sofa. No chemicals or bleach were involved either- the color was not "colorfast".

The purchase was very easy and we are very pleased with the quality of our sofa.

I loved the couch I ordered...it is very well-crafted and comfortable but still holds up to a lot of lounging. After I placed my order someone called me up to confirm which was great because he explained the different filling options and I changed my original order based on his comments which worked out well. Delivery people were super nice. I would definitely shop here again.

Quality workmanship on products; great materials (just wish they could be a little less expensive). The company is very professional and courteous.

I ordered a very large square upolestered coffee table. It is very nice, perfect for my family room. It is very well made, love it. Also I was sent sample material chips that made it very easy to pick the perfect material.

The customer service was great.

I ordered a 5' storage, leather covered ottoman. I was sent swatches first to select the color accurately. It took a while to get it, but I am very happy with the quality of the ottoman.

The whole buying experience was great and they worked with us a lot to make sure that the leather selection was to our liking. The mattress is great and very comfortable. We went for the memory foam upgrade and love it!

I was given excellent guidance by owner of company. Originally I was going to buy a couch that was not going to fit into the doorway of my new space. He suggested having the builder measure whether or not it would fit - It would not have and that would have been a bummer.

Quality of furniture is very good. I will never buy from a box store again!

Delivery was terrible. I was given a time and date, then was told my chair didn't make it on the truck and would be rescheduled. I was given a new time and day on Saturday and they didn't show up or call. On Sunday I called and was told they called my work number and didn't have my home number. They told me they would be there in a couple hours. They showed up eight hours later at 11:45 Sunday night.

I purchased a leather love seat first I was very happy with the quality of the leather. I just bought a leather chair that is both beautiful and comfortable.
