The good - We are pleased with the furniture. Really high quality soft leather. Great product.

The bad - The furniture was delivered 7 hours late at 10pm. The guys were tired, one was new, and they almost dropped the pieces when moving from the truck to the house.

Clubfurniture and Amazon Prime are the two best things in business! I have ordered literally all of my major furniture from this organization. They are 5 star across the board from selection to delivery and install.

Beautiful, very well made chair. Looks wonderful! Very comfortable. Will buy future pieces of furniture here also. Very fast shipping, great customer service. Friendly delivery people. Highly recommend. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

The slip covered sectional that we ordered is fabulous. The only negative in the whole experience was the delivery. My couch arrived at midnight on a Friday. I couldn't get annoyed at the delivery guys as they were lovely but who delivers furniture at midnight?

It was indeed a very good shopping experience. The staff from club furniture are very informative about their product and so helpful about our concern. The delivery and the placement of my couch went smoothly.

I was nervous about buying furniture online (who does that?!), but they made the process easy and secure, making sure I was happy with my fabric choice and even telling me to go and beat-on the swatch so I knew how it would wear. They kept me informed about what was happening through the manufacturing. And we love our our new leather club chairs!

We are long time buyers of pottery barn, restoration hardware and similar furniture - club furniture products are the same if not better quality. You simply cannot beat the price - the quality is bar none, the leather is supple, the cushions ultra soft, and the contraction is very solid.

We probably won't buy big furniture items anywhere else.

Overall service was excellent. Darrin did a great job following up andworking with us to select the sectional that would work well in our small living room. We'd definitley order again in the future.
