Had an issue with the third party carrier that club furniture customer service resolved right away.

Love my new ottoman!, but I did reach out regarding three seams that were not tight. I wanted to discuss with someone about it to make sure there is not potential for the seams to open. I called and was told to send an email with pictures which I did. I know we're dealing with a pandemic but I was hoping for a call or email back. It's been three weeks.
