Customer Service and website ordering was excellent. Delivery was fast and courteous. Sofa was better than imagined, my only issue is that I think the legs on the couch are a bit small (even the apt. Size sofa) and a 3rd leg in the center would make the sofa a but sturdier.

My sofa has not arrived yet, it will be delayed. Do you think anyone picked up the phone to call me? Do you think anyone returned my calls? You could just as well go to a retailer like Ashley Furniture, Raymour, and Flanigan or Bobs Furniture where you can get the item in less than one week. I say that to the woman and she said Oh well, that's not coming from North Carolina. So, I'm thinking of rejecting the delivery and reporting it to my bank.
This was our first experience with Club Furniture and we are thrilled with our purchase of a leather sofa. The customer service was great. I contacted Club Furniture for leather samples and they were promptly sent. I ordered a sleeper sofa which seems to be of good quality and I am satisified. This is the second couch I have ordered from Club Furniture and I would definately use them again.

The service was awesome! Although, we are not pleased with our recliner due to the reclining position. It will not let you sit halfway only straight up or laying position. We would order from you again.
