Very nice sofa for a very good price- excellent quality, comfortable and delivered without any issues. Would highly recommend club furniture over big boxes like Pottery Barn or Crate and Barrell. Was told that anytime in future they could make a custom slip cover for my couch- friends have been told by PB once style is discontinued you can no longer get covers, they also change styles frequently. Try Club Furniture they won't disappoint!

I had a great experience with ClubFurniture.com from the beginning. I very quickly received fabric samples, and easily chose the style and configuration of sofa that I wanted. I received follow up emails and phone calls to verify my choices and let me know the process going forward. Even when I made a change to my order, the service rep was courteous and very helpful, again making this a great customer experience. The fabric is great quality and the construction is very sturdy and well done. I can truly say this is one of the few companies I've dealt with about furnishing my new home that did what they said they would, when they said they would, and provided a top quality product! Will definitely find another opportunity to purchase from them!

This was our first experience doing business with Club Furniture. I also couldn't believe that we would ever purchase a piece of furniture over the internet! However, we couldn't be more pleased with both. Initially, placing the order we had some questions which were answered promptly by the owner with a personal phone call the very next day. Both Jeff and Darrin King called on two separate occasions to answer questions, or any follow-up that we had...very courteous and informative. We purchased the Thompkins Power Reclining Sofa in leather (Africa Notte), and it is BEAUTIFUL! Detail and craftsmanship are first rate. Would definitely order from Club Furniture again...Thank You.

I never write reviews, but I felt that I had such a good experience I should make the effort. After looking for a couch for some time and not finding exactly what I was looking for (sofa bed with down cushions) I went on-line and found Club Furniture. Not only did I find exactly what I wanted, I'm happy to say the quality of the product was much better than the other couches I had seen. I was also impressed with their return policy. If I didn't like it, I could return it. The local stores didn't have that policy... I felt like I had nothing to loose. I'm glad I took the gamble. The couch is great and comfortable, no one knows it's a sleeper. It's well made and I would recommend them to my friends and family. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and the delivery guys were really careful and respectful. Can't ask for more than that! I'm happy.

Leather ottoman was unpacked inside the truck. Before I could even get to the front door, they were carrying the unwrapped piece inside. Not sure what the inside of the truck looked like, but after having time to look at the piece, there are numerous scuff marks on the leather. No way of knowing if this is how it left the shop, or if it happened in the truck. Nothing that would not happen over time with use, but disappointing that it was scuffed when received. Delivery instruction email said to meet the truck and watch them unpack. That was totally impossible, as when I got to the front door to walk outside, they were already carrying unwrapped piece in. Can only assume that it was not wrapped or secured properly inside the truck, but how is one supposed to prove that, when they made sure not to follow the company's own delivery instructions to allow us to watch them "unpack" it at the truck?

We were confused on how the discounts were applied. We spent enough money to qualify for 30% off, but it only showed a 10% discount on checkout. We figured it out eventually, but when trying to click on the "see details" button, the link was broken.
Also, when I was shopping a few weeks ago a random coupon appeared on the screen as a pop-up and offered100 discount instantly. I had a coupon sent to me for a50 discount and used it because no pop-up appeared. I felt a little disappointed it did not pop up again to help cover the cost of shipping on such an expensive piece of furniture.
