We were looking for a large clock for our covered back deck. Everything I found was more expensive than I wanted to pay until I looked on the Club Furniture website. They had the perfect one for us at a reasonable cost.
We purchased a three piece sectional, the swatches sent to us were very helpful. Even though we felt pretty sure about the fabric choice we originally made, once we got the swatches we changed our mind. The salesman I spoke to was very helpful when I was considering some sofa options.
The sectional was delivered without a scratch on it, they set it up right where we wanted it, and we are very happy with it. In addition to looking great, it is very comfortable.
The couch itself was very well made; and the seller had a 30 day money back guarantee. I reached out to exchange the memory foam mattress only which is extremely uncomfortable; and the seller refused.
The price was competitive for a leather recliner. I love the product, but it took an outrageous amount of time to get to me - 11 weeks (ordered June 21 and received September 7). Now that the chair is here, I really do love it. It is great quality!
I am very pleased with my ordering experience at Club Furniture, the delivery and the final product. I would recommend them. I LOVE my new sofa, it is of high quality and well constructed. However, once I ordered, there were things that could be improved. I was told when they were going to charge my card for the initial 10%, I would be sent a receipt. I did not get one by email, so I waited, thinking it would come by mail. I never got that receipt. Also, when the sofa was complete, I found out from the delivery company that it was ready...not Club Furniture. It would have been nice to have contact again, to let me know they would be charging my card for the remainder of the purchase. So other than the lack of communication, I am happy. I think the product is wonderful and I would order again, despite the lack of communication.
On line help was quick and efficient...prices look very fair. I will give you more feedback once I receive the sofa. Thanks. The sofa was awesome. Delivery was a bit off, but all was forgiven once I received it!
This company is great to work with... However, I did expect my sofa to be 88 inches. When I measured after receiving it was 78 inches. I have no idea why. This was for my second home so I had a friend there available for delivery. The longer sofa was what I was expecting. That was the only bummer for me. They were able to track down exact material I wanted, so that was nice. Overall... Great co to work with.

I ordered the Kristen loveseat and am very pleased. With the plush down you sink right in! I started my order online, but called to complete it & I received an even better deal on the phone. Loveseats are very expensive in comparison to a sofa, so I was very grateful that they came down on the price even more for me. Thank you for a beautiful loveseat & for working with me on the price! I will return for future purchases.
