There is a small imperfection in the finish on one of the arm rails. It is not a scratch, but likely an air bubble that formed in the stain in the application and drying process. I paid a lot for the chair, and it catches the light from all angles. It is difficult to ignore.

The chair we purchased turned out beautiful. Lots of compliments. I would purchase from this company again,great customer service.

Jeff was a great help throughout the purchase process. Sending free samples of fabric in two days and helping me with that decision. My initial purchase had been discontinued and with his help I was directed to a similar product and received it in the same amount of time as the original order. Couldn't be happier with the service and my gorgeous new sofa.

The sofa was very nice overall. I feel the chaise cushion is not as supportive as the other cushions. Overall the customer service was a great experience.

Putting in the order but no money was taken until receiving the swatches and making a confirmation over the phone. Made me feel so much better about what I was getting and no surprises. Loved the ottoman that we received. Very good quality, ordering online was easy, and delivery was quick. I looked for a long time to find an ottoman of this size and was so happy when it arrived!

The delivery company couldn't find my furniture but one call to club furniture customer service and all was fixed and I had my wonderful chair in record time. Very pleased.

Took much too long to get the sofa.
Ottoman cover cushion is grey and my sofa is blue. That was a big disappointment.
