Nervous about ordering furniture sight unseen on the Internet? I was too! But... I did and couldn't be happier. 8 years later I just ordered new slip covers and it's like having a whole new set again. This is quality furniture that lasts! When the time comes to order new furniture for my family room, I will rotate my older set and get a new one for my living room without a second thought. You will not be disappointed with the look or quality.

The chair is good quality, looks great and is a solid value for the price paid. After discounts, this was less than half the price of a "very similar" chair (though not available in the wide range of leathers at clubfurniture.com) from Crate & Barrel, and no sales tax! It was a relatively painless process. There was a loss of communication once the product was in the hands of the freight company and that process took longer than expected (though I am in California), but it eventually came together.

Fantastic! It scared me to death to order a COUCH online. I relied heavily on the reviews of previous buyers. I would like to add to the chorus that this is a SPECTACULAR leather/wood sleeper sofa. We even slept in it over night to see what our guests experiences would be. Very comfortable! I really appreciated the time the staff spent with me answering questions about the leather options. He was knowledgeable, patient and made the purchasing experience a pleasure. One word of caution - the delivery men had to work hard to get it into the room. In the end they had to take the door off the hinges. Because of the slight flair to the legs they could not stand it on end. (we love the flared legs!). They managed somehow without damaging the leather or wood.

This was my second experience buying furniture online. The first purchase from another manufacturer was returned because of a tare in the leather and shoddy seams. So my order from Club Furniture was made with much more scrutiny, researching the company's history and customer satisfaction. The quality of the materials used was important, but more so, that American workers made my furniture.

The web site provided detailed information and was easy to navigate. I received a confirmation call from a company representative in order to confirm my choices and to describe the series of steps up to delivery.

Delivery went smoothly. The deliver personnel were efficient and respectful.

When using the website to order I would like to be able to make changes from the cart without actually starting over completely, but other than that one minor detail, everything else was great. The sofa I ordered is really nice, the fabric looks great and the customer service that you receive via phone is wonderful. Everyone that I spoke with during this process was so nice and helpful. The price for the product that you receive is amazing! I purchased this sofa for a vacation home and as soon as I can afford a new one for my permanent home I will definitely be purchasing my custom sofa from Club Furniture.com. I am extremely satisfied!

I ordered a quick ship sectional right before the holidays. I was very worried the furniture would not arrived on time and called Club Furniture and Darren took care of making sure my set was delivered in time for Christmas. He called me personally several times to communicate when the items would be shipped and when they would arrive. Turns out my furniture came a day early which worked out perfect! When it arrived, it was beautiful, even better than what I had expected, and I felt like it was excellent quality and a reasonable price. I have already recommended club furniture to a friend!
