One of the saddest experiences was my family trip to Calicut with this Hotel Yash, Because of reviews I tried to book online, but there was no booking option available, I called this hotel and they advised me to book through any other platform. As per my search I booked through Clear trip. I reached on 22. 10. 22. While checking in they showed the restaurant and told me breakfast was included. Next day when we were having my breakfast this people had come and told you they had to pay for that. I was very much shocked because I totally paid Rs *******. 00 to clear trip, as per their website this same room with extra bed is charging only Rs 4700. 00 including the breakfast. I paid so much extra money but I got bad treatment from this hotel.

I booked a flight through flexifly. It is the first time I am using flexifly to reschedule flight. I had to pay Rs. 4400 additionally. However they promised me 3550 refund after ticket is done which itself is not completely fine (why should I pay 850 extra even when new flight fares are lower than previous one).
Then I received a link from godigit to give them my ifsc code and acc number. No explanation for what purpose (I assume for processing refund). When I call customer care for queries, no one is available and call drops automatically. Why should I provide bank details, it could easily be a fraud.
After a lot of effort and over two years, I received a refund reflecting most of my payment for a flight that was canceled due to COVID.
The customer reps are courteous and seem to care, which is a positive.
Absolute crooks have been giving me the runaround for 2+ years, since COVID, finding lame excuses to withhold the refunds they are obliged by law to pay. I paid approximately 13.000 rupees for canceled flights and they have returned nothing. Unbelievable what extent they will go to to avoid paying what is due. Oh, and the funny thing is that logging into their account they have flagged the flights as refunded. Avoid them at all costs, especially if you are not living in India.
They wasted three days of mine without any proper feedback. They had no respect for the international customers and simply transferred the calls between their departments. A bunch or irresponsible people who do not have any value for the customer. I would strongly recommend anyone not to avail their service any time.

A few month ago I booked a ticket from dubai to Faisalabad on that time i was just made ticket by mistake wrong date then I asked to this unprofessional team they are not responsible they will not give you refund, What the hell how you can do this your customer, I asked many to give my refund back 2000 AED but they always blamed to Airline.
I have booked a flight for Patna Bangalore on Friday, Aug 12 2022 at ₹8,076 but due to some issue had to cancel for this date and was about to book for other available dates.
Now, the issue is I have booked a flexi flight so that i could have an option even if i have to cancel will get the full refund but that did not happen while canceling the booking it showed the some of ₹7,584 will be refunded same page i read twice so that i do not miss out any information.
After making the cancellation received a msg that i will only be refunded ₹3,628 and no other information was given so i called the CC team which was Pawan Chauhan who was not helpful and was repeatedly saying that its showed on site that 72 hrs only cancel only the refund will made for which i am adding the ticket for your reference as its not mentioned anywhere.
I am here at a loss of Rs 4,448/- which is a huge amount for me and the site has misleaded me as it did not showed anywhere while cancelling that i will be deducted that much if the information would have been given beforehand i would have thought of some other options which would have been a convenient for me and for the airway as well.
Please, it's a request to refund my deducted amount of Rs 4,448/- ASAP as I have to book the ticket again for another date and with this amount I have certainly ran out of my budget.
Also, the complete information not showing on site is very misleading for a customer and on site there is no option given to write the issue only call option is showing which once Mr pawan picked and he said i will receive a call in an hrs time which by the have not until now in my view its again misleading even by the customer care team.
As per my review I was very disappointed with the service and customer care who did not support the customer only.
Not helpfull at all
Nothing was provided in the name of service other than a unhygienic room and toilet, the bedsheets are soiled, wifi, television intercom, A. C. Lift is not working, no soap/shampoo was provided. My family travelled from 450km to get here thinking of getting some relaxation before a 15 hour long flight and facing these issues. The irony is that they don't even have electricity for the last couple of hours and they are not even responding to our calls/complaints after multiple attempts.

I did not receive the correct refund amount. I had booked a round trip journey from Mumbai to Bangalore through Cleartrip.com but unfortunately, the onward journey got cancelled by the airlines. I had booked the entire trip for two passengers at *******/- excluding the cashback and hence the refund amount for a single journey comes to 11,027/-
The refund amount that was initiated to me was 9,798/- in which they deducted 500/- as conveyance fee and additional 2000/- as cash back.

They will offer you discount through banks, promotion codes, through whatever. But you will pay that money back in a different way, and more than this, waste your time becasue they don't know how to manage their business. Customer service is really incompetent.
I had 4 tickets "round trip" (2 adults, child and infant) and I wanted to reschedule only the outbound trip for my wife/infant ticket to another date)
1. First, they tell me you cannot change the outbound ONLY? I was what? You can't say this to the customer. They claim its the guidlines from the airline / I checked with the airline and they told me its not true. It just their system doesn't allow them to make changes to outbound only. Not sure how is that possible, but anyways we got over it.
2. Second, the change fees is different from the airline / they charge on top other processing fees and convenience fees / per ticket
3. I had the infant ticket on the Father consent, i called the airline and fixed it. But Cleartrips cannot still see the update, even though its already updated on the airline system. Above all, they didn't offer to help or write to the airline / which tells me that their business model is not legit
4.48 hrs to make the required change, in a high season, flight tickets are selling fast, and prices are getting higher, plus I am getting closer to the travel date and still no solid feedback from cleartrip on fixing the issue
5. I am being passed on from one agent to the other and no one is taking ownership and accountability in fixing the problem.
Please avoid, if you really want peace of mind and want to save your money and time. Otherwise, Good Luck.
I had a very bad experience. Booked ticket for Dubai business trip. Payment debited from my account but transaction failed from cleartrip... i received the mail and message from cleartrip, payment will be refund after 5 to 12 working days... how can I wait for 5days and that's too cleartrip fault.
Payment debited my account in second but refund will take more process... we need solutions immediately since it's business trip and also after minimum 7 days later. Flight fare will go high and who will bare this... need immediate solutions... i can't miss my business meeting... help us soon
I booked my ticket through the EzCancel policy which clearly states that refund will be given if cancelled 72hrs before the date of departure, i cancelled and they deducted an amount in the name of 'insurance amount'. The customer care doesn't have a response and they cleared cut the call when asked. Worst experience!
Worst Service from Cleartrip. It's a scam. You can't connect with Customer service. I am tired of following up with them. No response to emails.

I booked a flight through them in an emergency and I had to cancel because they booked a flight which required transit visa and did not even tell me about it. At the last moment, they told me about it and I had to cancel it. It has been more than 3 weeks now and I'm still struggling to get a refund. This is one of the worst places to book a flight or book anything from. I would never recommend this agency to anyone ever. Please do not make the mistake of booking from here. EVER>

Grave mistake to use this service, wastage of rime money along with mental stress, higher price then the original flight booking site, if fault from there side, they will never resolve, even I reached to their higher persons via Linkindin but unfortunately for the flight of 1857, they charged 2800 and no solution so far.
Being a responsible person my humble advise to avoid this looter and cheater site.

Answer: I am trying to call help line to talk with the customer care of clear trip since morning... however I'm unable to contact them till now.
Answer: I'll keep it brief. We booked a ticket in August (India to Canada using Air France) this was before the air bubble restrictions were launched both on the website and in public knowledge. On the day of my Air France flight, Air France called me to tell me because of the airline restrictions I can't board the plane, the ticket was 1.83 lakhs for one way. We called Cleartrip right away to see what can be done about this - well firstly they've removed the option to call them so you're forced to email. They called us back and said we should hear back about a refund in two weeks. In two weeks nothing. As I mentioned that was August, it is now DECEMBER and we have had endless emails and calls with Cleartrip with no resolve. You'd think those emails would be something productive - but no! They are AUTOMATED emails, again and again. Every time someone calls me its a different person from their team who has no context about my use case and then says oh give us 72 hours to get back to you and then someone else calls me! And now they're saying because it's after the day of the flight that they can't guarantee the refund amount - have you heard of anyone cancelling a 1.83 lakh flight with NO GUARANTEE of the refund?! What if I get 100 rs back? Am I supposed to be okay with it? The biggest joke is that I called Air France directly and told them about this situation and they said in this circumstance we would have offered a full refund. The offered to convert my ticket into a voucher I could use till the end of 2022 with any of their airlines and had no idea why Cleartrip was saying they need to speak to them and happily left a remark on my ticket recommending a full refund. You thought that would help? Wrong. Since that remark, Cleartrip has now continued another three weeks of ridiculous automated emails with absolutely no indication of this remark or anything else helpful frankly. I'm very very sorry for you if you have to ever interact with Cleartrip support for anything. If you're booking a risky flight, be sure this is the wrong place for any kind of help.

Answer: Impossible. None of the contacts provided in the companies website are working. Customer service portal doesnot work. Only the refund related calls don't go through. All other dial options work. This looks like a complete fraud, which needs to be reported to the authority, which I will do if i do not get a response.
