Hi, i applied for a UAE visa through them but i was unable to upload my documents as the mandatory OTP is not being received. There is no way to reach anyone through phone or email as their support page requires trip number and email id to be entered and when i enter the same it displays an error message (The details i am entering are absolutely correct)
I have video tapped everything and will be initiating legal proceedings against their UAE company once i am in the UAE

Worst agency at all, I booked through them flights to travel from Doha to Cairo in June 2020, the flights cancelled due to Covid 19 and airports close, so far I'm struggling with them to refund my tickets, however the airlines transfered the money to them since approximately 3 months ago, in addition to that I have sent them the evidence email from the airlines.
They don't have any phone number for flights to call and interact, as well they ignore the requests to call me, even when I raise request through there application, they respond in very generic way, such as we are working in your case without any refrence to expect date to issues resolution

I had booked a flight, 3 passengers (GoAir) for the Mumbai Goa, Fri, 27 Nov 2020. For some personal reason, I wanted to reschedule my flight to the 1st of December on GoAir 141. However, since there was a technical glitch on the Cleartrip site, my son (traveler 3) got left out & hence the rescheduling of the flight could not take place & a PNR (Pending Amendment) was displayed. I spoke to a Cleartrip Rep. Mr. Rahul P. & explained the situation. He acknowledged that there was a technical issue & hence the ticket could neither be cancelled nor rescheduled. So he suggested that we do fresh rebooking & the refund of the Amendment Charge of Rs. 7124/- would be done at the earliest & the refund relating to would take a little longer as it had to be claimed from the airline.
I wrote a mail to the airline & they confirmed that the trip was cancelled by them & hence they have transferred the refund amount to Cleartrip account.
I have written numerous mails & spoke to the cleartrip reps. But they said that they will issue a refund to me only after the airline refunds the amount. When I made known to them that the refund amount has been transferred to their account, they initially denied it but when I forwarded the mail from the airline, they have come up with a new excuse that they are unable to cancel the ticket from their end. Hence they will not be able to process the refund.
This is just a ploy just to hoodwink the passengers into giving up claim of their refunds.
Very very poor service. I will never ever in my life book a ticket through their portal & will spread the word around through relatives & friends to not make a booking through this portal.
They are nothing but daylight robbers who are nor regulated by any government mechanisms.

We booked our trip to Goa with Cleartrip and they cancelled from their end. There was no refund and everytime we try to reach their customer care, we get an automated response. Pathetic services and zero empathy towards their customers.
FYI- Our money is still stuck with them so be smart and don't trust them with *******@cleartrip

I booked a Rajkot-Mumbai flight with trip ID **************. The flight was cancelled by Spice Jet and the office confirmed that the refund was processed and the money should be received from Cleartrip. I left call back request on their site. No response. Now I am trying to contact them again and for last 10 attempts it says wrong OTP! Will wait for a week else will initiate legal action.

I would rather give 0 rating these frauds. These guys are cheater to be very honest. In my case I booked the tickets in flexi fly option. Later I cancelled my trip due to the Covid surge. When I tried to check the refund amount then the site says that the refund amount will be calculated after checking with the airlines. I tried myself and checked with the airlines and I was shocked to know that this PNR is under regular fly. For regular fly option they deduct 3000 and under flexi fly option they deduct 500 per person per trip. So example for one passenger return journey they deduct 1000 Rs under flexi fly. And under regular its 6000 (3000 each).
Cleartrip does not have a customer care anything. The chat bot is pathetic, it does not answer my question. The only way is to raise a service request online. I got one response from them saying per person per trip they will deduct 3000 Rs as mentioned by the airlines also under regular option. So basically these guys have never passed that option to the airlines itself. They say flexi fly means you can only reschedule, you can't cancel. Such a cheat. My friends who have booked directly through the airlines they only paid 500 per person per trip as cancellation where as I paid 3000 per person per trip cancellation charges.
Never ever book anything in cleartrip ever.

Sad customer experience from executive named Joshua. I booked 2 tickets with clear trip to Ireland. I both the cases the one provided by cleartrip is wrong for my first flight of the leg.
They don't have a customer care phone number. The online customer care is of no use. And after several attempts to find the correct PNR, an excutive called and arguing with you as if we have made some mistake and demanding 2 days to get a PNR.
This is a paid service. We pay convinience charges to listen to the executives attitude.

My trip I'd is **************. I have booked a ticket with cleartrip on 2nd march 2020 from dubai to Bangladesh return. Because of Covid pandemic I wasn6able to fly so cleartrip decided to refund the amount back to my account. But it's more then 8 months I am waiting for my refund. On 2t th March 2021 I receive a email from cleartrip that they have processed my refund and it will be credited in 6 days. But they didn't. Then I ask again then they send me a link to upload my bank details for refund I had sent that also. But still I disnt recieve my money back. I mean really this the way that you are treating your regular customers.

Flight was cancelled because of covid and Aeroflot airlines told they give only evouchers as refund ac.to russian law.
Cleartrip is telling me airlines has refunded only 9000 rs out of ******* rs and both of them not giving any proof

I had entered my name correctly as per my passport. But my middle name was missing. I am 100 percent sure I had entered the details correctly.

I do not have an option to put zero or a negative number in the experience rating that's why I am giving them 1.
I booked tickets for my parents which got canceled because of the pandemic. Cleartrip confirmed through email on Dec 14th that the refund has been processed and the amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment (my bank account) in the next 5 to 7 business days. It has been more than 2-1/2 months and I am still waiting for the refund to be credited. Whenever I call them or email them, they just give the same response that the refund has been processed and the amount will show up in the account in the next 5 to 7 business days. My suggestion to everyone is not to book anything with these guys unless you want to wait for years to receive your refund money in case of a change of plans.

The worst company ever, I booked 5 refundable air tickets from Abu Dhabi to amman from cleartrip and they bought a non refundable tickets from the airlines without my information and when the COVID pandemic happened I have been forced to deal with the non refundable air tickets and they provided me with a sharp date 14 feb 2021 to travel in order to avoid losing the tickets and due to the current situation I'm not gonna travel and will be forced to lose my tickets. The airlines confirmed that if I bought the tickets from them I'm gonna have open tickets with the same amount valid for 2 years from the trip cancellation date.
I suffered a lot with their bad, unprofessional, and un respectful team in India where all my calls were forwarded to the Indian family in cleartrip and they never attended any of my requests.
My advise to all of you, don't deal with them and pay extra a bit and buy your tickets from the airlines directly.

Cleartrip.ae is a scam company. I request a refund for my tkt back in July-20 due to cancelation by BA for the return journey up to this date I did not received the refund and i started calling the BA which confirm to me that refund request were never generated up to this date. It has been 2 month that i follow up and their answer wait for a call after 72H, but no one calls. I stopped buying my tkts from them since they are untrusty travel agent

We were hired to do promotional work for them in December and once the work was done, they completely ghosted us and didn't cover payment due. The entire company is a scam, they hire people with no intention of payment. I recommend staying away!

Answer: I am trying to call help line to talk with the customer care of clear trip since morning... however I'm unable to contact them till now.
Answer: I'll keep it brief. We booked a ticket in August (India to Canada using Air France) this was before the air bubble restrictions were launched both on the website and in public knowledge. On the day of my Air France flight, Air France called me to tell me because of the airline restrictions I can't board the plane, the ticket was 1.83 lakhs for one way. We called Cleartrip right away to see what can be done about this - well firstly they've removed the option to call them so you're forced to email. They called us back and said we should hear back about a refund in two weeks. In two weeks nothing. As I mentioned that was August, it is now DECEMBER and we have had endless emails and calls with Cleartrip with no resolve. You'd think those emails would be something productive - but no! They are AUTOMATED emails, again and again. Every time someone calls me its a different person from their team who has no context about my use case and then says oh give us 72 hours to get back to you and then someone else calls me! And now they're saying because it's after the day of the flight that they can't guarantee the refund amount - have you heard of anyone cancelling a 1.83 lakh flight with NO GUARANTEE of the refund?! What if I get 100 rs back? Am I supposed to be okay with it? The biggest joke is that I called Air France directly and told them about this situation and they said in this circumstance we would have offered a full refund. The offered to convert my ticket into a voucher I could use till the end of 2022 with any of their airlines and had no idea why Cleartrip was saying they need to speak to them and happily left a remark on my ticket recommending a full refund. You thought that would help? Wrong. Since that remark, Cleartrip has now continued another three weeks of ridiculous automated emails with absolutely no indication of this remark or anything else helpful frankly. I'm very very sorry for you if you have to ever interact with Cleartrip support for anything. If you're booking a risky flight, be sure this is the wrong place for any kind of help.

Answer: Impossible. None of the contacts provided in the companies website are working. Customer service portal doesnot work. Only the refund related calls don't go through. All other dial options work. This looks like a complete fraud, which needs to be reported to the authority, which I will do if i do not get a response.
