Not good

Contacts are horrid don't fit on one eye, and both never sit straight. Hurt my eye a lot, I wear contacts everyday but these were bad!

Contacts fine but glasses poor quality

I ordered glasses from the Queen Street location. I was upsold on all anti scratch, blue light blocking features. I have never dropped the glasses and already there is a mark on the lens. I will buy my glasses from my optometrist going forward.

I have been a client for many years now and your product is almost always exactly what I need. However over the years I have had the odd contact lens that seems to be faulty and will have a blurry spot that I have to just throw away and put in a new one. Has this happened to other clients as well? Even with the odd lens having an issue I am still thrilled with your prices, fast shipping and quality.
