My glasses are of excellent quality. I just didn't realize it did not contain my full prescription. I needed bifocals. Therefore, I had to purchase a pair of reading glasses from a local store.

Contact Lenses arrived quickly and as ordered. Will order from clearly again.
Ordering was fast and easy and I was really impressed with the price and availability of frames. My one problem has to do with lenses; there were many many options for lenses, all of which involved huge up charges, and I think the option I chose probably shouldn't be available on my frames as the lenses are small and the multiple focus points for distance and close mean the actual surface of the lens available for say reading is really small.

I ordered glasses for my son and they were lost during the delivery process. I contacted Clearly and told them that I never received the package and my son desperately needed his glasses. Clearly totally backed me up and had my back no hassles. They made my son another pair of glasses sent them to me as soon as they could. As a mother I am so thankful and now my son can see with his glasses. I can't say thank you enough.

These glasses - even tho I have other pairs from other places with this prescription are making me see double and I can't use them at night because they are dual view. I have never ever heard this before but I am returning them.

This was the easiest and quickest order ever! My glasses arrived and I loved them!
I was worried about buying glasses online without being able to physically try them on but the process was quick and easy. They are a bit loose but I love the glasses wear them all the time.
I have found my experience with Clearly enjoyable. I used a few of their tools to select my glasses. I used the virtual try on (not the best, but gives you an idea of what will definitely not work), and their myFit. The range of options and price points is exceptional.
The prices are very good. When people notice my new glasses, I never hesitate to let them know how much I spent on my stylish new specs.
Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!
Answer: Oh no! We're truly sorry to hear about this and apologize for the late reply. If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
