I went into work early to let my boss know I didn't feel comfortable wearing a mask. He told me I could go home, mind you he wasn't wearing a mask.
I thought I would be furloughed. About a month later my leasing office called and said they could not renew my lease because I didn't have a job. I went up to Chili's to inquire why I didn't have a job. I was told I quit.
Which was off to me because I never quit nor was a given a severance letter until 2 months after the fact. I actually called my employer to check back to see if I could work and there was no information given to me that I quit or had been fired. I feel this is wrongful termination. The general manager is tommy crainfield.
He also made working there very uncomfortable given the fact that he started rumors about the sexual exploits, or lack there of, of the employees.

Terrible. * seats available at the bar but they are not allowing people to be seated there. Not the first time but it is the last for us. I will never go to another chili's again due to the experience in the Cooley Street one in Springfield, MA. Absolutely horrible
This waitress in Milford ct named Teresa was the best she saw my daughters drink was almost done a quickly grabbed a whole other one and we didn't even ask so it saved us so breath and she also asked if we want crispy chicken because we didn't know that there was crispy and she had a good tone she wasn't snotty like others so I wold suggest that you should ask for Teresa if she's working and when ever you go to Milford ct ask for her if your in chills.
Chillis located@ 2230 Mt Zion Pkwy, in Morrow Ga has the best staff. They give the best customer service they are extremely friendly, and compassionate. They make you feel like your apart of the family. The manager Damon that runs this location is a great leader. And his great leadership skills reflects in his staff. Job well done to the entire staff.
My husband arrive at the chillies at 12:15 pm it was his lunch break he placed orders for himself and me at 12:20pm then I arrived to meet him for my lunch at 12:40 pm still no food then I took a sip of the lemonade my husband order me and it taste it awful... I call fir our waitress name Tarimah she signal with her finger without eye contact then I say this lemonade has an after taste she did not apologize and walk away with the lemonade... the food arrive at 12:53 half hour later and the food was cold I had to go back to work and I ask a waitress to please locate our waitress because I needed a box to take my food as I didn't have time to eat my lunch because of the delay... every time we go to this chillies the service is bad but we give you a chance this time but it was by far the WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!
Chili's has been one of my favorite places to eat in the last few years. Today I took my brother out for his birthday. A big mistake. The whole time we were there a young child was screaming at the top of his lungs. Not crying - blood-curdling screams! Enough is enough! The waitress was nice to us at first but when I asked her to bring over a manager, everything changed. Her reply was that she could get a manager but there was nothing they could do about a screaming child.
Amazing how many other restaurants can do something! She seemed offended because I had asked her to do that, and sent another waitress over to attend to us. We were going to have dessert but I decided to forget it. We were being rushed out. On my way out, I stopped by the hostess station and told her the problem. The hostess apologized and said that she would get a manager, but we were already leaving so it was a moot point.
Horrible food. Very slow service, we had to point out every time an item was missing from our menu, which was really annoying. The attitude of staff was terrible. There are better options with better quality. Not a great experience at all, never going to this place again

Our Jacksonville, N. C. Chilis needs customer service training. We stood inside the door waiting for someone to seat us about 15 minutes. Then we were given the cold shoulder treatment after that. I quit going to Chilis for about 3 years because of the same reason and thought things may have improved since then. I was wrong
Or salad had frozen cucumbers actual ice cubes on them the past it was called the bread was so tough we couldnt cut it with a steak knife and when I sent it back I got same piece back on it was warm it was really tough then dirty kitchen dirty bathroom right in service Ive been to restaurants all across the United States and Europe even Russia I never had anything this bad this particular store is the end in Memphis Tennessee and dont do it just dont do it
The hostess was rude refuse to let us move our seat away from the kitchen. When I called the manager to complain all he did was say I'm sorry I'll speak to her. Didn't even offer to have us come back and have a free drink or something that would be customer service friendly. We went down the street to Bahama Breeze and had a wonderful lunch
The service is so bad the manager is arrogant and the food they bring you sample not really meal.

Had lunch in the Chili's Santee. Took FOREVER to receive our order which was simple,
And was unable to enjoy the meal because of the LOUD NOISE FROM MUSIC. We requested it be turned down a bit because we couldnt even have a decent conversation,
But waitress apologized and said Management considered it HIP! The food was not
Anything special and we left as soon as we ate because of the noise. The service was terrible because they are short staffed and the staff who were there were more interested in having personal conversations, than serving customers. This place needs new Management in a big way!
At Pembroke Pines location, waitress appeared very inexperienced for the following: She said she didn't have time to explain things such as the tablet sitting on the table which would show us prices not mentioned in menu. Brought us only one paper copy of veterans menu and said we would have to share it as there are no more. Then we noticed a stack at the stand at the entrance. Zero patience tolerance. Didn't know prices and felt like we should order without having to know. Would have been nice to have heard "Thank you for your service" from her or anyone there like a manager. Oh yeah she said "No one owns Chili's therefore there is no one available to talk to you."

Horrible food and horrible wait time. The worst customer service ever. Get a new cook that knows how to cook, staff that works and not looking at cell phone, and a visible manager who is present.
