I am 52 years old and loved eating at the original Chili's on Greenville Ave in Dallas. I miss the taste of there original flavorful beef and the richness of the Hickory sauce from the hickory burger when an original owner controlled restaurant when flavor has to rule to survive. I just had the grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken, tomato, and sauce was flavorless. The bun was spot on but I miss the original Chilies when the taste of the food outweighed the cost of the ingredients.
Order shrimp tacos and not only did they not fill it up they threw in a few shrimp and slaw. Worst restaurant ever
Cold food. Dirty restaurant. Slow service. Needs training. They need outside help to learn how to clean also bathrooms need seat covers. They been going slowly down and down with different things like dirty spoons and so on.
Most rude bartender I have ever met. I will never enter a Chilis again. Totally uncalled for attitude. She told me straight up I should go somewhere else to have a drink.

The HURSTBOURNE location gets 0 stars! We waiting 30 minutes just to get a water, then 3 hours to finally get our food. Our food was burnt, some was cold, and my kid had a long piece of hair in it. They sat us by the kitchen and when I asked the waiter to speak with the manager I could hear then in the kitchen talking crap about our table. I then confronted the manager about being able to hear them and she went on to deny it all and then called me a bad mother after confronting her. I will never recommend nor return to this location! Worse place I've ever eaten or had any type of service!
My husband and I decided that we would go to Chili's for dinner on 3/26/21 around 8 pm. My husband order texas fries with chili, he also order tacos with shrimp and I order the combo and my ribs and my jalapeño sausage were cold and we sent it back and they sent back cold again. As far as the food go it was extremely horrible. Waiter was very nice but the cooks were horrible. Do Not Go To Chili's in Hinesville Ga on Hwy 84.
Worst customer service experience with any restaurant, ever.
I had a poor experience and while attempting to report that to a manager, she got very rude, elevated her voice, and interrupted me. I told her I would be reporting my experience and asked for her name, and she said "go ahead" and when I asked for her name, she refused and hung up on me.
I called back and asked for a manager, and the young lady said "which one?" I said the highest ranking one. She refused. Said that person was busy and would call me back. I asked for that person's name and she said she didn't know. When I asked her to clarify, she too hung up on me.
I've never seen any people in the service industry so blatantly thumb their nose at customer service, and seemingly don't care at Chili's.
This was the store in Kansas City, just west of Liberty on Church Rd.

Went to chili's after which seemed like a long time. We were not given a menu. There was a bar code we could scan to get one. My mom doesn't use a cell phone so they gave her a menu but still had me look it up on my phone. After making my selection with the 3/$10 meal, I wanted items that clearly stated on my own phone that were an additional charge. The waitress proceeded to tell me these items were an additional charge and was I okay with that? I am already kind of irritated that I can't look at a true menu but the menu over my phone clearly states the additional charge.
Then my mom wasn't finished with her salad. The fork was actually in the bowl to get another bite. The waitress came up to take the bowl from her. So my mom just gave her the bowl even though it wasn't finished. The dinner just seemed rushed. She was a nice waitress but just the experience was irritating. Then they make you use the kiosk on your table if you are using our credit card. Otherwise they help you if it's cash. (You can't have a menu because of cleaning them, but every person can lay their hands all over the kiosks and that is okay? I don't see the difference.) She never came back after this, so we just left our cash on the table and hoped that the restaurant received our money.
Tonight, March 8 at around 5 PM I traveled over 30 miles to have dinner at chili's in Smyrna. Yes, I was excited because it had been over 5 months since I had the beef fa·ji·tas with all the trimmings. I was specific as to how I wanted them cooked, rare as they hit my plate and with soup. Well the soup was too spicy so I had to send it back. Some time later the dinner arrived and they were very well done, the opposite of what I ordered. Not only were they cooked wrong, but the texture of the beef was worse than leather. So I traveled over 60 miles RT for a wasted dinner. I left and just chalked it up to never return. Now that I look at all the negative remarks, I am convinced that the Mgt does not care how the customers are treated. I will post this wherever I think it will do the most good for other potential customers.
I visited the Camden, SC restaurant on 2/25/21 and after we were seated, the hostess seated another family at the table behind us not following social distancing and I was unable to move my chair back and had to climb over a chair to get out. When I asked her if we could move she was very rude and refused to move us. And then stated " well what do you want me to do about it?" My daughter spoke with the manger after she witnessed the young lady mocking me on three separate occasions. He spoke with her for about 5 seconds. We felt like the issue had not been handled properly and we will not be returning. We have been in there on several occasions prior and have never experienced this before.
Always make sure u look at your receipt, they dont refund any extra money they take from you. They tip them selves when they scan your card
Got curbside the other day and of course it was wrong when we got home. No tortillas with the chicken fajitas and the mash potatoes were burnt and disgusting. Called and told them and they said they would refund at least the fajitas and never did. I think when people get Togo orders they just throw the bag together and don't care cause your not physically there to deal with. We live over 20 minutes away so this pretty much ruined our whole dinner it was a waste of 50 dollars we will not be eating there again
Yesterday celebrating the New Year my husband and I placed order at the Chili on Preston Highway around@5:15 and order SXL for pick up at 5:45. Our Confirmation was *******. We were waiting in or car and a Chili Services came out and said he would check on my order but never came back. My husband get out the car after waiting for 15-20 min and guess what our order was setting out and it was cold when we got home. I did try to call several times while waiting in the parking lot. No of the staff ever answer my phone call. Very disappointed. My husband is disable Veteran also and I think they should always received great services due to there services for our Country and the freedom we have daily in the United States.
Ordered a Christmas Eve lunch for the work place. I ordered a salad with the cheese quesadillas. The cheese quesadillas were so OVER COOKED they would not stay together and were just awful! Really sad to pay over $77 in an order to be so disappointed!
We went to our local Chili's and were not given the option of a menu. We were told it's all digital and we have to scan a bar code to get the menu. Sorry but no menus, we will take our business elsewhere.
Went to the Chili's #1296 in Nacogdoches, TX on 9/19/2020 and will never return. Wait was 45 minutes for a table and was told also a 45 min wait for seat at the bar even though only 1 person was sitting at the bar. Had to wait while they filled all of the pickup orders but let people inside at tables wait for their orders. Focus was on called-in orders and pickup orders instead of orders for people at tables who waited almost an hour for a seat. Restaurant was only about 20% full even though Governor has granted 75% occupancy. After FINALLY seated, wait for food was almost 20 minutes more. Food arrived and meat was charred. Returned food and was told another 20 minute wait to prepare food that wouldn't be charred. Told them to forget the whole thing and left. Went by restroom on way out and it was DISGUSTING. THEY CERTAINLY AREN'T WORRIED ABOUT COVID IN THE RESTROOMS. The entire wait was all for nothing and we never got to have a meal. Such a huge waste of time and energy. Manager was young and inexperienced. Didn't have a clue how to handle the situation. Asked if she could comp our drinks to, in some small way, make up for the whole ordeal. She refused our request.
We took my mother in law to dinner for her birthday! She chose to go to Chili's and this location is our favorite and the closest to our house. I ordered the steak and made it a 10 ounce. I received the first one and it was well done and I ordered it medium rare the waiter was super nice and came right over and said he would have the manager order another one it came out and it literally was mooing he came back and I had it cut open and he said I'll get my manager we'll this is where I was absolutely shocked with how rude the manager was she came over and immediately became defensive and said it's cooked to temp so that is medium rare so I said that's medium rare she said yes! I said no it's not and she again said yes it is and walked off! Never have I been treated so poorly at a restaurant! My mother's food and wife food was also cold when we received it and we ordered more beans because they were so cold and they came out again cold! Never again will any of us be going back to Chili's on eagle again! There manager is extremely rude and unprofessional!
Everything was fine until my boyfriend picked up his silver ware and saw what looked like ice cream and cake on his fork. We received "queso" that didn't look like queso. A roach crawled beside my boyfriend's neck, but overall it was a decent experience. The manager gave us plastic silver ware, more alfredo sauce for our pasta, and made our night a little better.
