It is a shame how the prices at Chili's restaurant have doubled. We ate there every week and totally enjoyed our meal. The fajitas that once cost $20 are now $40. We have had to stop going to our favorite restaurant. You are pricing yourself right out of a business. There is no reason for the fajitas to cost 1699+ a drink.If you can't lower your prices I hope your establishment is closed down. So sad so sad to have to say this!
The server was way too busy trying to be cute to get our order correct. Missed the border horderve and brought a burger instead of brisket sandwich. When I spoke to the manager he was basically ignoring my concerns.

There are no server jobs posted for my Tampa Florida Bruce b. Downs location. For the 3rd visit in a row we were offered only a table in the noisy bar area this time with a 20 minute wait. Why are there no open positions to apply for server position at this location. We were coming at least once a week and now we won't other.
Order food for pick up, food came cold old and egg rolls were not fried hard like I asked 60$ gone down the drained this is not the first time they have don't this on pick up order workers are being lazy fries hard can't even bite them
UPDATE: I filed a formal complaint through their website. They contacted me informing me they would have someone in the chain of command reach out to me. Never happened. So they don't care about your experience, good or bad. My recommendation is to take your money elsewhere to spend. This location is not worth your money, and they don't care about you at all. Will be posting this review everywhere so people understand the Joplin, MO, Chili's Bar and Grill is absolutely awful, with terrible management and customer service.
I had placed an order through Door dash for a Molten Chocolate Cake and a Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie, as I have done many times in the past. I received the order, but the items were uncooked. Almost totally raw. I called to speak to the restaurant first, and despite the fact that nothing advertised dessert items were delivered raw, and despite the fact they've never arrived raw previously, the manager I spoke informed me that's how it's done, and that there is nothing they could do. I tried to point out that this has never happened before, and that they did not have it advertised as being delivered raw, but the manager simply told me it had been done wrong previously, and she would do nothing about it. This was also after I had to call them a second time, since I was on hold so long the first time that the call ended. Zoey, the team member who answered both times, was very apologetic about my hold time, and promptly got the manager to FINALLY pick up the phone. All in all, I will recommend to friends and family that the evening manager does not handle customers well, and that they do not advertise things such as RAW FOOD on anything. Very disappointed. I had to go ahead and request a complete refund from Door dash, and report them to Door dash for delivering raw food.
Very disappointed in the Veterans menu this year, not much to choose from. Also why don't the waitresses give you back your coins? If you got 5.50 to come back to you, you only get $5. So I took my change out of her tip. To me that is stealing.
I received a gift card for the Chilis in McHenry. We decided to just have appetizers. Ordered beef nachos minus jalapeƱos and the Texas fries. Each was disgusting. We complained to server and she just shrugged and said sorry. We will never go there again.
Every time I visit that location (6121 Westheimer rd) I am ambushed by either her loud- rude mouth, bad breath, or mangy hair! Dressed as if shes at a club, treat the other employees as if they were her kids, or as if she doesn't comprehend the magnitude of customer service. The entire restaurant could appear to be operating in a standard manner yet she still would scream across the restaurant as if it was pure chaos. Apparently intoxicated. Really need to lose that awful attitude, consumers don't owe you anything...
Nightmare. I give one star because i cant give 0. We had to ask for drinks. We had to ask to bring our starter which was brought out wrong. We were told after an hour that our food order was not put in. We ended up getting our to go order at least 30 minutes prior to our eat in order. Both adult meals were wrong. The chips were soggy. The salsa was pretty good. The customers next to us were complaining as well.we ended up asking for our food to go because my grandson fell asleep waiting on his dinner. They ended up charging us for half the food but it should have been free under the circumstances. We both ordered street corn and got fries instead which i brought home and threw in the trash
Spend $75 on takeout only to find all our burgers were basically raw! I can't feed that to my kids. They said they don't do refunds, so I can't even get my kids something else. Money down the drain! So disappointing!
I just paid almost $30 for 2 poorly cooked eggs with bacon and coffee at chicago airport, concourse F. Disinterested service. Disinterested quality. It doesnt take much effort to provide value to a customer, if you care. Chilis doesnt care about customer satisfaction. Don't go there.
Love chillis but manager at lakeshore dr in Birmingham alabama was extremely rude he told us if we wanted to celebrate as a family we should go to another restaurant
My family and I went to chilli's they told us a hour wait then the hostess kept walking over to the lady that was at the bar and kept complaining to her about us and then they told us that we could go to the bar and get drinks and then turned us down. They was rude not even friendly. Chill's in Melbourne FL on Wickham road and Sarno. The overall review for them is zero there is nothing good to say about them.
My husband and I eat at the Chili's in Atoka, Oklahoma on an average of 3 times a week. We know to bring a sweater inside even if it is over 100 degrees outside. We would rather a restaurant be too cold than too hot. I tried a new item on the menu named Carne Asada with lime/avocado sauce. I truly loved the flavor of the pieces of steak, however, I found myself chewing and chewing and chewing... unable to swallow, then spitting the meat into my napkin and trying another bite. Why make such a delicious tasting meat with sauce, then using meat that is not chewable? Lol I kept eating, spitting, because the taste was soooo good and I was hoping the next bite would be chewable. I want to try the dish again just to see if I get better meat next time. I did not complain to our waitress but thought, hey... why not leave a review. Maybe corporate reads these? And will check for quality control in their meat selections?

Why did you take the 2 for $25 off the menu? We have been coming to Chili's since you opened. But, when you took the 2 for 25 off the menu and charge more for the same thing we used to order on that menu, no more! Guess Applebee's will be our go to place now.
Went to Chilis in Watauga tx to enjoy lunch with my family on fourth of July. We look over and a roach is crawling on the table and on my childs napkin he was using. Waited over 10 minutes for a manager to tell me we could move to a different table or get part of my money back. So spent over 40 bucks on 1 meal. And charged for chips and salsa after they were shown my email for free item.
Usually Chiles has some good dishes, no gourmet, but you get what you pay.
The last week I ordered Chicken Sandwich. They arrived with a huge oven tray. Two huge sandwiches with the burned, black bread inside. Imposible and dangerous to eat!
Chili's used to be our favorite place to eat, especially with the 2 For $25. Now with the new LIMITED Menu, we will not be back. The servers were excellent, but I just can't get beyond the limited menu. What were they thinking!?
