I never thought I would be writing a negative review about Chili's as I frequent them at least once a week. But today (7/4/23) I visited the Newington,CT location since the weather didn't allow for a cookout and it was hands down the worse dining experience I've ever had anywhere ( including fast food)! I ordered the 3 for Me quesadilla at $13.99 with the $2.50 margarita upgrade however, I was charged $14.99 and $3.49 respectively. When I questioned the manager (SHAUN) about the discrepancy instead of apologizing he waived his hand in dismissal, rolled his eyes and said loudly " all this over $2". I was taken aback and said just give me my money. He proceeded to continue with his rude and unprofessional behavior up to and including banning me from the establishment. I was taken aback but gave as good as I got because no sir IM NOT THAT ONE. I have contacted corporate to discuss what transpired but I don't hold out much hope of any real change or accountability given their Customer Support reviews at 1.7.

The chilis in Gravois bluffs took me 12-15 min. To place an order,those parked in curbside came in to get theirs, which most were missing items. Our food wasn't done, and the employees appeared to be unattended by adults, dancing, laughing, and having a great time "earning" a paycheck. I guess there were no managers on duty on a sunday,not many customers either so we had a hard time understanding what was going on with the poor service. We have never had bad service there before, but this Sunday, July 2nd was beyond bad. This was near 3:00 and very light customer base. I hope this isn't going to happen again or we will choose to go elsewhere.

Ordered the fajitas so salty the meat was so tough could not eat, the waitress could care less if we we happy or not. We have to pay 8% for a tip even though she was horrible. So sorry I went there.

I am sooo DISSAPOINTED that they changed their crispers. They are now floured and fried as opposed to beer battered...chilis had the ONLY different chicken crispers out there...now, hey, want crispers? NO GO. Fingers? YUP. Just like Dennys and every other dive bar menu out there. For Shame, chilis. These don't come close. Call them what they are...crappy fingers that u can by at king soopers. I will never go to chilis again. Especially becuase the rest of the menu is sub par and uncreative for the price you pay these days. I hope this hits cooperate.

The soup was wayyyyy to salty and the chili was super dark and tasted like they spilled the whole bottle of salt in there, both absolutely terrible I will never order again

15 to 20 mins before were asked for drink order or food order! Appetizers were cold i didnt say anything. Food came and the shells were cold and stiff so i did say something about both things. They said they were sorry but i wont be back because the place was dirty the table sticky. And service very bad. Never asked how we were doing on drinks or how the food was. This was a second chance vist also so never again! Location was loves park il.

The old timer burgers were exceptionally good. Good flavor and nice n hot.

We were waiting to seat down and customers came and they got to seat down first! And they didn't had reservation! Janesville Chilis is the bad place, they service really bad, not even an explanation so we just leave! I been Been Chilis at DELAVAN, WI; excellent service!

I ordered what was supposed to be a quesadilla for curbside pickup,from Chili's bar and grill in Plantation, Fl. Got home, opened container, still wondering.This is the most unappealing, unappetizing thing I have seen in a while.

My family visited a Chili's in Ft Worth, we we're celebrating my husband's funeral day! It was a rough day so I'm not sure where we we're exactly, but our sweet waitresses name was Juanita. There was quite a few of us, and she handled it all so well. Very fun and courteous. I wanted to also compliment the others as well! They all worked really really hard! We all had a great time! Thank you Jaunita!

Me and my daughter went into the Homewood location. Today was her birthday. We stay there over 2 1/2 hours waiting on food which we never received. Our server was very concerned and apologetic. He informed us that he was going to reach out to the manager to see if he can accommodate us. We did notice him talking to the manager, and the manager started to shake his head as well as look very upset with the server, I guess, requesting to accommodate for waiting so long to never receive our food, which we never still received once the food did come out, we deny the food. The server came over and informing us that the manager was not going to accommodate us, but he was very apologetic and sorry we told the server it's OK it's not his fault. We thanked & tipped him. This was the worst experience ever on behalf of a manager, and I definitely don't understand why he felt the need not to accommodate us as well as it was my daughter's birthday.

A friend and I went to chili's on okeechobee in westpalmbeach florida *******, I had the worst experience of my life in that restaurant. The waitress was awful. The service was non existent. They have a deal 3 for $10.99. That includes a drink, a salad and a entre. Tonight was a Margherita night. If you upgraded to a drink, it would be $2.69 more. I had a coupon for free chips and salsa. The waitress never came back with it until I asked 3 times. It got brought the table after the food was served. We asked for boxes to go and our bills. The waitress did not come. My friend had to go to the kitchen to get boxes. The bill came, it was wrong. She tried to charge me for the free chips and salsa and 5.00 per drink., not the $2.69 that was listed in the menu. She said she fixed the bill, she lied. I then told her I was good with numbers and I cought her trying to cheat me. She then laughed and said she w ouldnt cheat me- that's cause I cought her. Then the manager tried to charge us for tap water the same price as a glass of soda. After arguing with this lovely manager for 10-15 minutes, he said he would give us a glass of pop to go. All we wanted was a nice dinner and that never happened. At this restaurant the customer is never right or listened too. Public beware.

After religious services, a group of us called ahead to Chili's on Highway 78 in Lilburn. We called ahead, stating we were 15 minutes away, and were told there was no wait. Arriving 15 minutes later we saw empty tables and were told there is an hour or more wait. We stated we would just wait at the empty table. One of the employees said "no", and kept changing her story as to the change and said the manager on duty would speak to us. That person in charge refused to speak to come out as we waited about 15 minutes. Apparently, he/she had no time for us. We left feeling brushed off and jilted. Don't intend to return again. Why would you treat peaceful customers that way?

Last night I visited the Chili's location at 7600 N. Mesa St. In El Paso, TX. I wanted to order to go. The hostess did not greet me, just asked "table for how many?" Then, when I told her I wanted to place a carryout order, she said, "go straight here, then right all the way to the end". There is a small counter against the bank end wall right next to the kitchen. Nobody was there, after waiting for about 10 minutes, I went back to the reception hostess to aske her if she could call somebody and take my order, went back to the counter after being assured that somebody would be there to take my order; after at least 15 minutes of waiting unsuccessfully, I was ready to leave, when a woman showed up who asked me in a very loud voice if I had a pick up; I told her what I was there for and how frustrated I was, she didn't acknowledge my comment at all, and just said, "So, what you want to order", I asked her for a menu which she grabbed from the top and just threw it on top of the counter. I didn't just turn around and leave because it was a very cold night to be driving around to pick another restaurant...I waited for my order at the bar...I give them one star because the bartender was a very kind and nice person; the food was okay. However, I will not recommend anyone to go there and I am not going back.

I had Caleb as my server at Dekalb chilies, other Sycamore Road he made sure we were taking care of and he was respectful. I will definitely be coming back.

Went on a Friday night. Asked why it was so cold, furnace broken will take 2 months to get a part. Ate in our coats. All bills were wrong manager couldn't fix them told us to just leave and he would cover if anything left, we had already paid! Why in heavens name is this place open. Chili's in centerville ohio will never go back. We had paid by credit or debit cards and didn't get receipts from the machine

Takes to long to get my order and than the order is all wrong and have it cold got here since 7:20 and still can't get the order correct
