I've used chili's website several times to make pick up orders. It usually works great and is easy to use. The last time however i I had trouble completely the order and was never able to get it to work.
I applied at Chili's in New Lenox, IL about 2 yrs. Ago on indeed no one got back to me so I decided to go In and speak to a manager about my application the manager told me I did not pass the online test without even knowing my name… okay so what right who cares no big deal. We go to Chili's several times a year to eat it's a good place to eat occasionally. My son and I decided to go eat there last weekend so we walked in we were greeted by a young lady that informed us it would be at least 35 minute wait because they are short staffed okay so we looked around and most of the tables are empty only 2 or 3 tables are occupied at the time so I told her can we sit at one of the tables and wait she said no that's a 35 minute wait however you can sit at the bar. I told her my son is 18 I won't be sitting at the bar with my 18 yr old son but if she gave us a table I would go to the bar to order she said no they can't do that so okay we went to portillos next door instead no big deal. While we are at portillos my son decided he would put in an application at Chili's score he received an invitation for an interview the next day good job kid right? Nope he went to the interview dressed proper and came back home disappointed he said the manager came in took his name and left came back a few minutes later and said sorry I'm short staffed asked him the hrs he could work he told her whenever needed she left the room again came back and said sorry I had to help get orders out and she would not be able to finish the interview. Did he get the job? Nope they won't be hiring at this time… what?
Food was alright could have been hotter. Received dirty forks and silverware, place was not clean, service was slow as expected, server was a nice and polite good employee
Went in with my wife, the host at the door was laying on the bench taking a nap. There was 3 people in my party, the host told us it was a 10 min wait, as I looked around I asked 10 min wait on what, for the store to open. And then he said go somewhere else that they only had 1 waiter, 1 bartender, and 2 cooks. That it would take 1.5hrs to get our food. So we left laughing at how stupid it was for that place to even be open.
I went to Chili's in Riverside, CA. I had ordered medium rare and I got burnt. I had waited for over 40 minutes for our food. Then I had to wait for another 20 minutes and I was starving. My side orders got cold. Very disappointed. Then when it came to the bill they over charged me. Waiter are ok. I didn't get a receipt cause we did that electronic self service. They don't give receipts.
The food and experience was great but damn the $#*!ing card reader takes a million years to use. First I use the chip reader then it says transaction declined. Then I use the card swipe then the same $#*!. Then finally the wifi $#*! worked.

This place is a joke... Tiny little kid portions... chicken and fries were soft not crispy. I had to pull my scale out and weigh this iddy biddy steak and it weighed 3 1/2 ounces. Bigger dam portions at McDonald's for god's sake... Will never eat at little kid chili's in Venice. Save your money peeps... A fu----g joke of a dinner...
I called in an order and got queso and chips as well as triple dipper ( 2 orders of big mouth bites and 1 of boneless buffalo wings) idk why they think they deserve $15 an hr for $#*! work... my wings were traditional and they charged me for chips and salsa then charged me again for the queso instead of grouping it together. To make matters worse they didn't even give me the queso so I had to drive back and get it along with my boneless wings. They double charge me for something they didn't even give me... to say they have gone down hill is an understatement... its a joke! And not a funny one PS. I gave 1 star BC I can't finish review without doing so but they don't deserve that
When did Chili's ordered Chili's bowl of chili and we got something totally different the burger did not come out to how we ordered it the shrimp on my Caesar salad was not cooked no silverware one food was brought the drinks took forever we asked for the manager twice she finally came all she did was comp our Caesar salad and offered basically nothing else server blamed everything on the kitchen my husband and I agreed not to go back for a very long time very disappointing night it could have been handled differently but management act like they were scared
Just so you know tipping 18% is mandatory on a take-out order at the Chili's in Colorado Springs on Interquest Parkway. 18% for takeout. That's and offensive and I'm absolutely up that I had to pay a minimum of 18% on a take out order.
There's no way not to tip 18% minimum on a take-out order that is sitting in a bag and waiting for me. This is BS and a better business bureau should know about it
We waited over 45 minutes for food. I asked to see a manager and was told by the hostess I couldn't. Just to get refills on drinks we repeatedly had to ask. This is happening right now. The food has come out and it is pitiful looking. What a waste of time and money. Never again. Plenty of other places to go.
We usually go to your Simpsonville, SC location and it has always been good. Tonight we decided to go to the new Greer, SC location with our grandson. We received our drinks and chips within 15 minutes. No one even came back to check with us after the chips, 30 minute wait for a drink refill. Finally after 45 minutes our food came and both entrees were cold. We are sure it was just sitting in the kitchen waiting to be delivered to our table. The only thing that was hot was the kids meal pizza, except for the fries. All the servers looked.to have an attitude or were not happy with something. We will NEVER return to this location. Very unhappy and disappointed. I only rated this a one star because it wouldn't let me proceed without one. I give this a zero for this experience.
A couple of weeks ago I visited chilis at 257 Hartford Ave Bellingham Ma *******. My family and I asked why we were being seated at a small table at the bar. When only white people were seated in the booths. The host, an up and coming racist kid told us that the other booths weren't being used. Two minutes later when more white people came in, that same host sat those people in the booths that we were told weren't being used. When we got up to leave, a waitress asked us was there a problem. We told her what the host had done, and she took it upon herself to seat us at a booth. Her service was good, but I can't say the same for chilis as a restaurant chain. I decided then and there, never to visit a chilis ever again. Many establishments today are showing who they really are, and hire the type of people that thinks like them. If you're black, or anything other than white, please do not visit the chilis located at the address above. Because even though I stayed that day, I was with my family, and didn't make a big deal about it then. But I will never visit there again. So if you don't want to be discriminated against, don't eat at any chilis restaurant if you're not white, Because, I'm sure in Massachusetts that restaurant is not the only one that hires racist. I can't say the waitress is racist, but if the owners made a racist a host, then that says it all about chilis as a business, and there place in racist society. Funny how a Mexican themed restaurant, owned by whites, will still find a way to discriminate against
People they just don't like. So why spend your hard earned money with people like that?
Today June 10th 2021 Chili's is offering a $50 gift card with a special promotion of receiving two additional $10 cards. I have spoken with Chili's representatives six separate times and have attempted to place six separate orders and none of them work. This is an issue on Chili's side and they are not doing anything about it! This is a scam of a promotion!
I was disappointed they didn't have memorial day specials or ribs on the 3 for $10.The food was good.The team members look like they just left a funeral.
The Chili's in Clive, Ia. Is about as bad as you will find! For an appetizer we ordered "Onion Petals" these were anything but an "Appetizer" if anything they were a "Appetizer Suppressor" they were onion chunks that had been dipped in some kind of batter, deep fried to a point the batter was almost turning brown and the onion chunks were beginning to warm, they were sprinkled with some type of seasoning that was evidently meant to enhance the flavor but fell far short! I ordered the Half Rack of ribs which was brought in a basket with a whopping -4- ribs ( a typical half rack of ribs consist of 7-8 ribs as a full rack consists of from 15-17 ribs) of the four ribs that were served the first and last ribs of the portionNeedless lacked any meat on the outside of the ribs which resulted in meat from between three ribs which was substandard at best! The ribs were vary sparingly coated with Bar b que sauce and I would have asked for additional sauce if the waitress had made herself available but she never once stopped by our booth once to ask if we needed anything or how our meals were... I would advise purchasing a Swanson or Banquet TV dinner which would be much more tasty and appetizing than Chili's and far less costly! Needless to say we WONT BE BACK!
The waitress was nice but they were certainly short staffed. So I waited patiently for my food 45 minutes just for appetizers which were boneless chicken and habinero mango chicken. They arrived as if they were just taken out of the fridge. Just awful
My husband and I most always get the three for $10 Tonight we tried the baked potato soup So glad we did... amazing Our waitress was Lexy and was awesome
