Chili's makes the rewards program not worth going. When signing in to the program at the restaurant, the rewards are not reflective to offers received. It seems they want to make redeeming difficult. Even the advertised free drink or chips & salsa was an ordeal.

What happened Chilis?

I used to enjoy placing a online order on Chilis app then pulling in to space at allocated time, and 5 mins later order delivered to car door. Now that does not exist —not the same enjoyable experience at all.
This was my second time in three weeks arriving in the allocated mobile app or real human by phone verbalized time to pickup.
Last order Waited not just double the time but three times the pick up time.
Now after 1 hour 15 mins — luckily I called this one in (last time mobile 50 min wait) so not pre-paid as im about to pull away for good.

It's ok Chili's to be honest on the phone order and give an accurate time such as an hour plus but don't say 20-25 mins then miss it by a long shot and not even offer to make it up with a credit it free entree. Or answer the phone on many attempts which is what is happening now. I get it you are busy lack of workers blah blah but get your operations in order or make a serious change management.

My 9 year old son, asked for a Coke, and was given an alocholic drink that looked just like a coke, and he drank it. I will never go back to this or any Chili's again.

I ask the host dude,,, is it a long wait cause you are short on staff,,, he said yes

Then you need to tell the people that!

Recently took out a dear friend for her birthday, I'm not sure if our server was new or the only one working on her side. Normally silverware with straws are given with drinks this time NO also when I looked at my silverware it had food in it, took my wattress over 10 minutes to bring me a new set by ten my broccoli was cold. I noticed my receipt and what it had written on it first of all it was only 2 of us and there's a Don't Make on the receipt. I was planning to go back again but at lunch not so sure I want to now. Also seem like all the blacks were placed on the same side. Am I making too much of that part. The food was good service not so much. I saved my broccoli and ate at home since it was cold. Help me figure out what this receipt means, really wished I'd notice before leaving the restaurant and I still tipped her.

Today, we went to Chili's in Milton, FL. It was one of the worst customer service experience we have received from Chili's. In fact, the service was so slow and terrible. It ruined our dining experience and DID NOT want or get our second drink because we were so frustrated with the slow service. I would not recommend going to the Chili's in Milton, FL. The Chili's at this location is HORRIBLE!

It was my first time at Chili's on Herndon and First i just had a bad experience with the greeter at the front who welcomes the guests only because when i first arrived there was a dirty table behind us, and it looked like it was sitting there for quite some time. The only thing that bothered me was that when he was bussing a dirty table he put all the dirty dishes on another dirty table to seat some other guests, and i dont believe that was professional at all. Another thing was that the bathrooms were completely dirty and not welcoming at all. Besides that, our waitress justice was very nice and sweet.

I would not suggest anyone work for chili's it's a trashy job the management sucks and they will screw you on paychecks they are trying to tell me I don't have my last check coming so I wouldn't suggest anyone work at this garbage job they need to be shut down

First of all I would like to say that I have been to Chili's quite a few times. And being a former server I would say that I am overall a harder to please guest. I have always had good service at Chili's. And the food has always been satisfactory. I am writing this review because my last experience at Chili's I ordered curbside. I had originally made my order online. After completing and paying for my order I realized that they offered a special that included both of my entrées and appetizer and dessert that I had already ordered. And the special was $20 cheaper than my bill already was. So I called up and spoke with the manager and she discounted my bill and gave me the price of the specials. With no problems. My food was good and the curbside service was very fast. I definitely do not believe that they should have such a poor rating. But then again most people only leave bad complaints and rarely take the time to leave a good review. I am pleased with Chilies and will have no problem going there any time.

I just got back from the Chilli's in Hiram and I have never been more disappointed. The place was very grungy and the floors were nasty. My shoes were sticking to the floor! The overhead lamps at the table have dirt and an inch of dust. I ordered a simple plate of chicken tenders and fries and the chicken was so overcooked, it was hard and rubbery. My husbands hamburger looked like it fell off the plate and someone tossed it back together. I will never go back there again. I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is if the sitting area was so dirty.

Very disappointed poor quality and 10 dollers worth of up charges as they called them that were on my bill but not described in the menu. Want go there again.

JUST CAME FROM CHILIS IN WALLINGFORD CT,, AND HAD A BAD TIME,, WE HAD TO WAIT WISH WE UNDERSTAND,, I ORDERED A BIG MOUTH BURGER WELL DONE WITH NO ONIONS I TOLD HIM A COUPLE OF TIMES. WAITED LIKE 20 MINUTES WHEN I TOOK A BITE IT HAD ONIONS AND I CANT EAT ONIONS SO I TOLD THE WAITER IT SEEMED LIKE HE DID NOT CARE,, SO I TOLD HIM TAKE IT BACK DONT WANT IT,, MY WIFE FOUND A BIG HAIR ON PASTA INCREDIBLE COULD NOT EAT IT,, PLUS THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE CHIPS,, I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN...

Today I was very disappointed with my favorite place to eat. I had been craving the country fried steak, so I ordered it for pick up. It was truly not what I expected the gravy was very salty I tried to remove the gravy and the steak itself tasted burn, ended up only eating my sides. The service for pick-up was good just wished my food was as good.

Store was very dirty dishes everywhere stood at stand for 10 minutes finally got sat at the bar where we only recorded our drink and then waited for 15 minutes because the bartender with the blonde hair was to busy in the back sitting down playing with her co workers waited so long I called the store sat and waited to speak to a manager to ask her where was the bartender she finally came back out with a attitude of course as always didn't even come back to our table had hosts bringing our food while she sat at the bar and talked with her friend all night that she didn't ID for a drink and ignored the rest of her tables including me lol definitely won't be returning to this ghetto establishment

Under terrible management for one thing. If the head is out of whack the tail will be too. All equipment for cooking and storing products should be thrown away and replaced. Dishwasher needs to be thrown away and replaced. Kitchen tiles and ceilings needs to be pulled up redone and proper placed. Restrooms are filthy and needs to be cleaned and tended to regularly. I wouldn't recommend to nobody til the changes are made.

I hadn't been to a Chili's in years. My adult Son and I visited the one in Homestead Florida this evening. We were seated and abandoned. I finally got a servers attention and placed an order for cocktails and we both ordered the Brisket Sandwich with French Fries. Everywhere I looked were dirty dishes stacked on the tables and screaming kids. Since when did an establishment that serves alcohol become a haven for so many children? Took approximately 45 minutes to get our cocktails, the food quickly followed. Never mind you would like to sit and enjoy a cocktail and unwind. There won't be any of that in this establishment. We received our " brisket sandwich " if you can call it that. I swear, in my 65 years of life, that was the weirdest sandwich, I've ever had, bar none. My Son said," looks like a hamburger with a couple of slices of brisket on top. " I have to agree, it was definitely hamburger with a couple of pieces of brisket on top. I was also surprised to see anyone serve a so called brisket sandwich without pickles and onions! However, beings there was no pickle on the sandwich, I swear they put pickle juice on the sandwich! I did finally manage to get our waitor to bring me some sliced onion. All in all, the best thing about the entire meal and cocktails, was the French Fries! I have to admit, doesn't take a genius to cook French Fries! Filthy restaurant with terrible service and even worse food. May as well lock the doors, because it's sinking!
