Spoke to a representative and in order to change my fly, had to pay again and he said that I had to call the company of airline for a refund instead of the application of cheapOair.

The $104.00 you did agree to it was quoted in the original reservation and it is the taxes and fees. It get's charged separate from the actual ticket but it was disclosed and charged the same day as the ticket.
