So I booked a flight this last Wednesday to Phoenix to go visit my family for memorial day weekend pay for the flight put my credit card in and paid 440 for round-trip and then I got a call from this site and I was at work obviously and I didn't have time to answer it they kept calling me to let me know it was as the last flight and I lost my place how can I lose my place if I put my credit card 💳 to pay for it nobody can over do that then they told me they could find another flight that same day for an additional amount witch at this point I was like what ever little did I know I was up sold on it I found out thru allegiant airlines once I flew back that they don't do that so make a long story short I didn't save any money nor time booking thru them I learned my lesson from here on out I will fly thru major airlines the trip came out to be close to 1k once it was all said an done so completely unsatisfied an irritated I should have just drove 15hr people fly for being cheap and convenient but it's definitely not the care no more
I found a good ticket price with Cheap Flight Fares. They provided me with good service and addressed my concerns regarding additional carry-on luggage.

Clarified the mistake that was made. To better understanding
They do not help at all. I had talk to them to get change my boarding destination but they said no they couldn't do anything to just keep it like that and then i had put a review they call me to delete it and that they are going to help me i had talked to Marcelus and he told me to hold on the phne for 5 min it became 45 min and hung up on me i was expecting a call back. It didn't happen. Before of that he had offered me to change to modify my flight for more than the price of the flight so it was better to just buy a new flight ticket that the help i was offered. He said they didn't wanted bad review.
Had issues with web interface and then was called to resolve issue. Lauren was very helpful and prompt to assist. Will use again.

Picking your seat is extra, paying for one luggage is extra...everything is EXTRA!
Provided me with wrong information for airline that I will be taking. My booking showed that I would be flying with Alaska Airlines. I tried to check in on the website with provided ticket information to prepare for my trip but was not able to get tickets for flight. I called Alaska Airline to see if i could get flight information to checkin, they stated that flights did not exist. That is when i had to call different airlines to see if they had my flight details.
I would like to thank Cheapflightfares for offering me a $50 credit voucher for a future flight. I also appreciated that Cheapflightfares was able to offer a flight that met my particular travel needs.
Price for round trip with 1 checked bag listed as $354, but turned out to be $437. When i raised a concern I was contacted within 15 min by someone from Cheapflightfares who made things right.
Good customer service, easy booking, highly recommended, cheap rates
I booked flights on March 16. When you book with this company you are asked to make and pay for seat selections, however the seat selections don't register with the airline. When I called to try to fix the problem I was given a run around bringing me beyond the 24 hour cancellation policy, so that I couldn't cancel with my credit card company. They offered to purchase seats to make amends but that never happened. Be smart, take your business elsewhere.
The site changes selected items on its own. Confusing! I have to call customer service tomorrow. Update: due to this review customer service called me! The representative was very helpful and respectful to my confusion. It was easily explained and I'm much relieved! Thank you M. Mitchell.

I would love to be able to pick my own seats since I am traveling with my daughter who is only 11 and never been on a plane. My biggest fear is not being seated with my daughter and husband on the plane
