Great follow-up. If you call them, they can help with additional booking/travel details such as seat selection and adding frequent flyer numbers, options that may not be available via initial purchase screens (they control tickets, not the airline, at least in my case).
After a short period of time our initial questions were completely resolved by a very competent customer service agent! Thank you!
Awful service. Stay away from this company!
We bough a ticket on 8/11 and received an email today 8/15 that the trip was cancelled without any warning. The price is now more than double and customer service was of no help. He kept telling us that they try to contact us but I reviewed and there is no lost calls, messages or emails received until the time of the cancellation.

Too complicated to make reservation, wish this was much simpler
The two issues were (1) there was a very long delay in receiving the E-Ticket, (2) there was no information provided as to how to reserve a seat, and going to the airline's website did't work. Both issues were resolved after I contacted CheapFlights. The process was not as straightforward as booking through the airline. On the other hand, the saving was fairly significant.
There was no explanation of some terms and the prices didn't match the choosing of the seats and the auto booking.
I was contacted immediately and everything explained and taken care of...Perfect.

The website is not appealing and user-friendly. Looks very chaotic.
Your site is difficult to understand and not clear in your charges
My complaint was resolved.
Not easily to navigate through, especially being sure to check and input correct information.
I learned that the online system had unknown sudden glitches that caused computer malfunctions when trying to book your itinerary, which was immediately corrected.
Cheap flight is just a gimmick. Nickle and dime to more than the mainstream airlines once you've started booking. 150$ for carry on bag is such a rip off.
Update... They promised me a 50$ voucher because of my complaint. I think it is a nice gesture. They said they want to satisfy me.

Does not mention that you choose your seats AFTER purchase anywhere in the process. It is ominous booking for my daughter and I to not know if we are going to be seated on international flights together.
Adeendum: received vm, email and text soon after purchase and review placed. Well, I still believe that the website should let you know they are definitely a third-party and you have to purchase your Seats following purchase, Lauren was extremely professional in contacting me and helping me purchase my seats and put my mind at ease.

There is no bereavement discount, which is very sad. I was on hold for 15 minutes while a customer service person found out this information. After this a few calls, customer service was kind enough to reduce my faire, and make the necessary adjustments to my ticket. I appreciated the support.

When I was booking my flight originally, the top banner in bright green said that there was "free cancellation for 24 hours" with no fees associated at all by calling their customer support line. I wasn't sure that it was the flight that I wanted, but I went ahead and booked it with that guarantee at the front of my mind. I found a different flight and decided to use the free 24 hour cancellation. Upon calling the line, I was told that there was going to be a $250 cancellation fee even though I was cancelling within 3 hours of the original booking. The customer service agent was condescending and repeatedly told me that on a later page in fine print at the very bottom, they say that there may be a fee for cancellation, but does not specify any amount. Apparently the bright green banner at the beginning of the booking process is just completely false.
After a long, frustrating call where I attempted to point out the complete contradiction and false advertising of the free 24 hour cancellation, they did finally waive the cancellation fee for me, but the customer service representative very rudely insisted that it was a one time exception and that I misunderstood their deliberately deceptive and confusing policies and was therefore in the wrong.

I received confirmation with wrong dob on several flyers and looks fishy. Recvd call from rep and dob was updated 2 weeks later
I initially requested 2 plane tickets. However, I was only able to process one. I input purchase of 2nd ticket but after giving payment info. It was deleted. The 2nd (3rd) time it went through. I hope that my wife wasn't double booked! Otherwise, it went well... My wife was not double booked after all. Monetary issues were resolved by Lauren. Excellent customer service!
