Needed to cancel my flight. After calling for 3 days and either getting a busy signal or just hang ups I finally got in. After over an hour hold i hang up. Tried the chat - the person left the chat 3 times. It took close to 30 min and she just left the chat AGAIN without answering my questions. Honorable customer service. I will never use them again.

Under 400.00 and within 2-3 hours i had my tickets in an email. I was able to pick my seats and i was ready for my trip. I will buy from them again. Also my flights are from reputable airlines that i trust. Thank you Cheapfareguru again for a great price on my tickets
They are crooks, that steal you money! They just took 800$ out of our account and still said they couldnt confirm our "international card"after several call of which the minimum hold time is an hour to which they reassured me and my husband that the money was back in the account (which it wasnt!) we still got no ticket and now money and now answer!
Dont even bother no matter how good the price may seem. Dishonest, disrespectful and justa crap $#*!e
