Avoid at all costs. Do not use this company. Booked car to be transported on 29/9/21 it's not 10/10/21 and still no delivery (simple transfer across Brisbane). Offshore call centre is useless. No one can give and honest timeframe or even confirm where my car is.
So many promises to by this company to provide an update and nothing. No one returns calls or emails.
Grays online car auctions recommended these idiots. Never again will I use either company again. Save your money. I could have pushed my car in the time it has taken to get a reply and still I don't have my car.
Worst customer service. Writing this review and many more so other people are spared the hassle and anxiety dealing with these morons has caused me.

Very easy to navigate on the site and your company was recommended from a few friends. So my experience so far has been really good. Easy and straight forward.
Online really good, phone contact not so helpful. Had hoped for a recommendation or advice about where to get the car cleaned to meet the WA quarantine regulations, but the gentleman I spoke to didn't have that information.

They have been unreliable with delivering my vehicle, was told on Friday 1st vehicle had been picked up from Motor vehicle auction & taken to their depot at Minto for the weekend.
Called on Tuesday to ask an approximate date for delivery. I was then informed, in fact the vehicle was still at the auction, not even picked up.
Nothing but a big stuff up, bad communication.
Will NEVER use CEVA again.

My Vehicle was bought over from Melbourne to Perth, and i had items taken from my van, (cost of the missing items is around $1000 and counting), I was told I would be called, But have never received a call from any member or staff, to think my keys were intrusted to thieves, whether direct or indirect employees of CEVA is disgraceful, service during the transit was never given promises made about people contacting never happened,
Always easy to book online with CEVA. This is the fourth occasion I've used CEVA.
Each time it's been hassle free.

I purchased a BRAND NEW car from Cairns and the dealer organised delivery to Brisbane through CEVA.
Transport from Cairns to BNE was super quick and trackable using the online portal. However, thats where the good stuff ends.
Once the car arrived in BNE it took a full week before it was able to be delivered. It only took 2 days to travel from Cairns! Not sure why an extra 10kms was a further 7 day wait. Also, delivery could only be arranged the day before they would drop it off and timeslots were limited.
Once delivery was sorted and the car arrived, I couldn't have been more disappointed. I purchased a new car, which was clean when it left the dealers. What arrived was a muddy mess. See pictures, but basically mud all over the new interior. Footprints and handmarks on the leather.
Even the delivery driver made a crack and said that the dealer should have cleaned it for me.
Im currently in talks with the dealer on this, who is in turn talking to CEVA but apparently a dirty interior isn't covered by their insurance as it's not classed as 'damage'.
CEVA post online about being skilled at transporting luxury vehicles, yet treated my 82K car like a farm truck.

Our car was meant to travel via road from Sydney to Brisbane after being collected on the 30 August 2021 and take 8 to 10 working days. We have just received the car in filthy condition yesterday 22nd September after it transported via ship from Fremantle Western Australia! I believe they lost it.
The tracking app is useless and inaccurate and stated road transport right through to delivery when it actually went on an International Ship
The call centre is a waste of time with language and communication barriers leaving us frustrated and angry with no answers each time.
Would NEVER use them again!

Simple to use site but when I got the conformation email, it had confilcting info regarding covid operations.
Its been cleared up now, but perhaps you should review the standard info in your automated resonse wrt pickup in NSW & Vic.
Pickup is always late than promised, and dont provide drop off schedule in time.
