The online experience is good however there were a couple of matters that I would like to have talked to a Perth staff member about and the call-centre was, like most call-centre experiences, less than adequate.

Nice and easy to book, good prices and having multiple options makes it great as the person I was buying the car from couldn't deliver so I had the car picked up from his house

Great communication skills for help needed. I HAD MADE A WRONG BOOKING, so I phoned ceva logistics too relay that message too correct my fault. Reception kindly corrected my mistake and finished my booking information.

Set quotes, easy to use booking site. Had to get my Ute home due to Covid Border Restrictions ruling we could only fly back home to Brisbane. Booked Transport in advance Door to Door so my car arrives home when we finish 14 days Hotel Quarantine.

You need to add depot pick up in your drop down menu.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Lies lies and lies! They do not care. Items were STOLEN from my vehicle, paperwork and books upended in the glovebox, vehicle damaged, delivered with warning lights on the dash, blatant lies from delivery drivers and so-called "customer care". My claims case was closed before they even looked into it and Ceva never notified us of that outcome. Completely inadequate communication and customer care.
Vehicle was delayed several times, they don't know where your vehicle is and you can never get a hold of anyone in customer care or complaints. They do not care about your vehicle, they do not care about the customer.
Never will I ever recommend this company to anyone.

I had an exotic car transported using CEVA's enclosed service from Adelaide to Sydney. The team at CEVA were great to deal with from start to finish. They made the whole process stress free and my car arrived ahead of schedule and in great condition. I would happily use them again.

Online booking and payment process is easy to follow. Tracking data once the process commences is accurate and easy to follow.

AVOID - Do not use these guys AT ALL. The 5% chance your car is damage you are left out in the water. Go with an independent or other company that appreciates honesty.

I had my car transported by CEVA. There was clear damage to the front bar (contact markings, scratches, paint swaps, denting). CEVA warranty blatantly lied and said it was pre-existing - despite the photos they provided not showing any evidence of it and I had seen the vehicle so I know it was not pre-existing. They did not mark the "pre-existing damage" when I had ask for more clarity. I had 3rd party opinions, even the lady at the depot had said yes that is damaged but they had to determine where the damage had occured (eg, pick up, drop off by driver, or parking by staff).
After getting back to warranty claim a second time around asking for evidence it is "pre-exisiting" Warranty staff replied by saying "no" and that "misalignments of panels that occur during transport are not covered". Again, damage a crumpled front bar, not about mis-alignment.

Good, happy and can't wait to get my my new car through ceva

It was great didn't have any trouble booking it and was quick and easy. Easy access to the website and overall happy with who I have picked to transport my car.

I recently sent a car to Melbourne, the process with CEVA was quick and easy. Within 24 hours of selling my car it was safely in CEVA's yard ready fro transport. The guy working in the yard doing the car inspections was an absolute legend.
