I booked me car to be moved online. The forms were easy to complete. I then had to pass on some finer details, your customer service was smooth and efficient. I received a call on pickup and arrival, on time and my car was securely transported. I could not be happier, job well done...
Delivery scheduled with window of time given as 8am-2pm. That meant taking a precious family leave day. By 2:30 I tried to find a number to call and inquire but there was nothing on their email or on the tracking website no way to contact customer service. I called the merchandise company and they agreed "they are hard to track down". She was able to find out they plan to deliver the next day rather than on the scheduled day. No one called to tell me. And I had to take another family leave day. What a waste of my time and money - they are out nothing and they don't care.
This company is a big JOKE. The shipper paid for Three day delivery and my shipment has been in Houston for a week now. No phone numbers you can contact someone with or anything. Please do not use this sorry Company.!

Beware of this company I paid $911 to move a vehicle from Melbourne to Newcastle only to discover the vehicle had been pick up from the dealership & taken to a holding lot uncovered for 5days before being loaded back on a truck & driven to Sydney only to be put back into another holding yard for a further 4days before being loaded back on another truck & taken to Newcastle. This was never explained to me as i would never have agreed to the process especially when paying top dollar compared to other transport companies.
Whilst the car was in Sydney I had another company pick up the car from the Minto holding yard & deliver it to me the same day. Communication is also difficult as you talk to a call centre located in another country.
This company should make there customers well aware of the process prior to payment.
Booking process is straightforward. Liking the experience so far.
I booked and paid for this delivery on 8th July and vehicle was delivered to Adelaide Depot on Friday 9th July. The vehicle sat in the yard there until I chased it up on Tuesday. Wednesday it was still sitting in yard in Adelaide. Very poor service.
The experience I have had has been good. I'm happy with how everything has gone.
Train derailment in june yet my car is STILL yet to be moved from the yard and it is 2 weeks later. Not happy

The recovery is underway but will take 3 weeks at least to recover. We have huge number of vehicle from last week's booking that are still waiting for allocation.
We are also using the sea freight in transporting vehicle that's coming from WA and going to WA.

Beware anyone wanting a car transported by Ceva Logistics. The website takes your money $1873. 97 then gives you message saying we have taken payment but will not transport the car. We had a equally negative experience speaking with with logistics company CEVA's customer service when we used their website to book transport for a vehicle we bought from Grey Brisbane to be delivered to Cairns. They say its a glitch and wont refund our money for two weeks and wont collect from Greys auction yard.
It was nice doing business with you guys I hope we going to do business next time

Whilst transporting our car from Brisbane to Darwin CEVA staff enacted a backward jumpstart, wrecking the battery and electricals on our new car. CEVA in Darwin contacted us, stating that the car would not start, and demanding we supply a mechanic and new battery (we were 1000km away in remote NT). The battery supplier and the autoelectrician both stated in writing that the problem appeared to be the result of a backward jumpstart. Subject to lodging an insurance claim CEVA have still not accepted liability.
I have since discovered in talking with residents of Nhulunbuy and beyond that CEVA regularly mishandle and cause damage to cars shipped across Queensland and Northern Territory.
I have had an exceptionally disheartening experience with this company and cannot recommend them.
Pretty good so far, haven't had vehicle collected yet so hard to say

Do not use. Truck XV-15RI very rude. Truck was shaking my windows of my house. He blocked my driveway, was very rude, parked outside my house and driveway for over 30 minutes. Have photos and videos
Before booking online I rang CEVA to get some more information and book a vehicle transport from Melbourne to Tasmania. The people I spoke to were very difficult to understand (strong Indian accent) and they had no idea about the geography of Australia. I told them I lived on the north coast of Tasmania and they told me they deliver to a place called "How... Bart"
They quoted me over $1400 but I was able to work it out myself and book the transport for around $900 door to door.
CEVA need to give their foreign workers a map of Australia and a geography lesson when they are inducted. Your telephone enquiry service personnel just sounded like an outsourced foreign call centre following a script. Dreadful

It was quite a easy process booking on line. I called yesterday regarding what time for pick up today, I spoke to a helpful gentleman, who initially could answer the enquiry. He found out the information and Called me straight back
