A lady helped me out with all my problems and was so nice about everything.

Good prompts and easy follow and fast follow up and feed back.

You buy a car worth a fortune, and then you trust someone to deliver it to you, but please do not chose CEVA, their service is horrible, I can understand logistics cannot commit on time always, but atleast they can help you track it efficiently, but this company has a horrible service. Staff is pathetic when it comes to service

Straight forward and used you before do you have loyalty club / program

Last time I used Ceva the car I purchased did not move for over two weeks until I called then it started it's journey... I'm seriously hoping this time this will not be the case

They promise you the world but deliver dusty excuses! Quoted 9 working days before booking, requoted 13 working days after payment, 15 days later, now told delivery is now "possibly" in another 7 working days, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Booking was simple, but confusing drop off times in NSW due to covid update. Phone calls were problematic with call centre in Philippines. But in person assistance in WA was excellent. Thanks

After approaching other Transport Companies for quotes, and receiving mixed responses, we struck gold on finding Ceva Logistics. Their website is simple to navigate and we received a quote almost immediately. Their pricing was very competitive, and communication since we accepted the quote has been excellent. We are able to track the vehicles progress on-line, and most of all the company offer door to door service. We look forward to receiving the vehicle, on time and in good condition, next month.

Exhaust system damaged in transit. Not enough care taken when loading and unloading cars.

Having a car transported from queensland to victoria. Online tracking is useless. If you call you get an overseas call centre who read off the incorrect information from the online tracking. Unable to speak to anybody in Australia regarding the status of my vehicle even though it is 3 days late. Have been calling everyday and told i will get a callback, still hasnt happened! Very frustrating.

No communication car booked for collection no call to say its changed to another day that is suits them.

Delivery was great but the company should have admitted the damage to the door handle

Do not keep their word for insuring a car against any damage I received a car with a broken winding mechanism and CEVA did not honor the warranty to fix the damage they caused.

I booked and paid for the car transport on-line and it was a quick and easy process. The follow-up from CEVA was excellent.

Easy, but when I called prior to booking to confirm whether or not I could drop off the day before, and when I call afterwards to double check cancellation policy in these current times, there was some confusion on the phone. I think all is resolved.

As an account holder with ceva I had to pay in a hurry fir an online quote due to short lead /confirmation time as it was close to Xmas, when I received my account price there was quite a difference so I asked to have it swapped for account price. Sorry We can't do that was the answer I got. Not happy
