My vehicle was booked from Sydney to Brisbane on 23 November 2020. Reached Brisbane at 1:35 Pm 25 November. Today is 30 November 2020 and still waiting for delivery. Poor service, not recommended.

Had some issues as the car is very low but we got there in the end the car traveled from Perth to Adelaide, and I just went and picked it up and was very happy. Those wanting to bring their lowered cars or race cars you can trust these guys, thanks team, cheers
Vehicle scheduled to be picked up by CEVA on 15th Oct in the morning and it's currently 5:30pm & the vehicle still remains to be picked up. I have escalated the matter & was promised that I was to to advised ASAP of a pick up time by a customer service representative which was not from Australia as I struggled to understand them. I'm left in limbo & don't know when my car will be picked up. To make matters worse I had a representative take a day off from work to hand over the vehicle & lost a days wages.
We left our car on the 14 sept to be driven interstate by the 30th. When I went to get at the other end they advised it was still sitting in the other state. No phone call to tell us of delay. Ended up costing us a lot of extra money in hire cars and despite daily phone calls to speak with someone senior management ignored all my requests and calls. Final email response (no phone call) basically said so sad too bad we really don't care. Also a scratch I queried on the car, was told I would hear from warranty team within two days of final car pick up. Guess what a week and a half later have heard nothing. It is now the 13th October. Do not use
CEVA does not disappoint... Like always, Above and Beyond in service and would recommend. Excellence at it's best.

I am very dissatisfied, after sending in all my documents to where I purchased the vehicle to be then advised after my vehicle was not collected because I did not send in the paper work to Ceva as well. They rescheduled days later for collection with the vehicle to be dropped off 5 days later (it's only an hour from the pick up and collection points!).
I again tracked my vehicle down and discovered
it was not collected on the day I was advised and it now won't be collected until the following week.
I am in urgent need of this vehicle for work and had I known this would have happened, I would have gone with another supplier.

Did not get off to a good start when CEVA sent the invoice to a 3rd party, instead of the email address of the party that created the booking & paid the bill!

We have put our car on 9/6/2020 (NSW) and still waiting for 1/7/2020 (WA). Should be in a week, when we call customer service, they said, they waiting for the rail company to give space, all bull, that is not customer problem, call one week later the same answer and the car is still in Adelaide rail station.
Very disappointed and there no system to complain, we send enquiry to the email but same answer.
Car delivered before expected arrival date, great communication, very friendly, vehicle tracking was spot on. My sister sent her car with another company and it took a month, you delivered within a two week period

Fantastic experience. I had my Alfa *** transported from Western Australia to New South Wales. They collected from my sisters address and delivered it to my location. Vehicle was in great condition when it arrived. Loved the tracking service online and knew where the vehicle was at all times. 10/10 service. Very impressed with the focus on customer service! Received a personal call from the team 24 hours before delivery to confirm drop off location.
