My 1934 Ford hotrod has been sitting in the Perth depot for 3 weeks.
I have paid extra for delivery to my door yet they just can't seem bothered enough to actually put it on a truck and deliver it.
They say I am welcome to hire a trailer and come pick it up but there will be NO REFUND to the depot to door portion. ($240)
Only after you pay do they advise you of the estimated day of delivery, which in my case was an astonishing 4 weeks.
If I had known that fact I would have hired another company.

Gary was exceptional in giving up to date info pn the car. Booking was a breeze but no notification give by phone to me. I have to login to the website to see whats going on. If you forget the tracking number you have to go back to email. Ceva should have an app where the tracking is live. On the website the tracking is not updated as it happens

Its seems our tracking on the website is not updated however it is updating every time its reach the destination like depot, agent, or wharf. At this stage we cant provide the real time location of the vehicle however we are working on it to provide a better service and transparency to our customers.

Much to my regret I have recently used Ceva to transport my land cruiser and brand new Land Rover from Sydney to perth.
After monitoring the vehicles where abouts and state of the vehicle by using the Land Rover app, I noticed it sat in Cormack rd for 5days with the windows down - I was not happy to find out my luxury suv was sitting in a lot with the windows down open to dust and what not anyways.
Upon picking up the vehicle I discovered quiet a large scratch down the drivers side door 2-300mm long which obviously was not on the car prior to loading as it was a brand new car only couple weeks old.
Going through the insurance line they told me vehicle has considerable scratching and marks on it prior to loading according to their con-note and will not be covering this claim.
They stated they can not see the scratches in the photos taken upon loading - have a look at the quality of the photos taken they are blurry.
They sent me the con-note of the markings of the car. Which to my confusion all the markings that are listed ARE NOT actually on the car. This con-note has been fudged or filled out incorrectly. The truck driver did not do such a walk around when he loaded this.
It says all the wheels have scratches - none of the wheels have scratches.
Apparently there is a massive scratch on the front bumper - I have attached a photo of the bumper - no markings evident.
A scratch on the roof - not evident.
Scratch on the rear bumper - not evident on the vehicle.
Apparently the car doesn't have a spare tyre - clearly has one on the back.
I just want Ceva to warrant the damages they have done to the door which is obvious it was done when the driver loaded it into the container and climbed out the window and squeezed down the side of the car to get out of the container.
Had no trouble making a booking. Easy website to use.

-10 our classic car was extensively damaged due to the driver being irresponsible picked up from a Grays online holding yard to be transported to a Ceva depot in WA then 'was' to be delivered to NSW Our car is STILL in WA at a repairers to HOPEFULLY be repaired

It would be nice if we were able to send a few items in the car that would really help with the entire move although we understand there is the covid aspect to it, we could have covered the boxes in a plastics film and sanitise the items and send it along

Through a Victorian car yard, CEVA Transport was contracted to move and deliver a car. Keeping track of the vehicle was easy and kept us update with what was going on.
The day of deliver the guy delivering the car called and gave a 30min window for delivery and was spot on time. He was polite and friendly and showed good care for the vehicle. He is a credit to the CEVA company.

The whole process was very easy from the online booking to the drop off and pick up. My vehicle arrived at the destination in a very timely manner, right on schedule. The service both at drop off and pick up was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Ceva and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
