Could not be any more annoyed, paid overs for delivery and expected prompt service, Vehicle still sitting in yard even though was planned for movement 2 days ago, If I had known this at time of booking I would have flown over and driven the car back, I am now with out a vehicle and paying for a car with no definite time of delivery, DO NOT USE CEVA EVER!

Ceva have been contracted to move a trailer interstate for us and have done nothing but lie and gaslight us. There has been constant lies in failing to communicate to us, and ensure that our trailer be picked up and delivered. When trying to contact anyone, you are given the run around through different people and every where leads to a dead end where you don't actually get to speak to anyone. The only person we have been able to speak to has been in an international call centre and wasnt able to actually give us any tangible information. Ceva will lie and say they have attempted to call you when they havent, and will simply decide to not pick up or deliver your items. A disgrace.

The call center is rude and lie about procedures.
There is a female customer service agent who lied, and misrepesented., her words exactly, i dont have a supervisor who can assist you, and i will just transfer you to austin. What do you want me to to say sorry, i cant do anything about it, and someone else lied to you not me. Horrible and then hung up on me when i said i will wait on hokd till i speak to a houston supervisor

The booking process was good, but no one could seem to tell me where my car was and when it was being picked up. Reasonablypriced though.

The pick up was 3 days late. I would expect better service for $1800 the communication was poor.

I have received information regarding transport of a vehicle from WA to SA. The dealer in WA Booked & arranged CEVA.

Pretty good really, the only issue i hadwas every time i tried to put the senders details in, it defaulted to mine
Handlers have literally crashed my car in transit and refuse to cover the damage. The claims agent here in Melbourne sent me an email from his phone, on the spot, saying the case has been reviewed and rejected and was closed. While I was standing there. Disgraceful and now I need to take out an insurance claim to replace my front end.
Answer: Please note that the transit time is approximately 11 business days.
Answer: Have emailed them no reply went through chat was ok in regard to reaching them but of no help
