The worst ever do not use car shield I would not recommend ever using you
I had a radiator explosively lose all it's water. We had car towed to Boves to work on it. Car shield paid for the radiator and a new air conditioning condenser. I knew that they would not pay for the cooling fan that caused the overheating problem so we had money saved up the pay everything car shield would not cover. We are very happy. The car does not overheat and the air conditioning is working great now.

This is the third time in three years I've had to use my Car Shield warranty. In each case they have been there and worked well with my dealership.

I have had Car Shield for over a year. My windows quit working. Called them and they arranged an inspector to come and inspect my car for the repairs that the repair shop recommended. He agreed that the work was necessary. They approved the repair on the spot.

I had to have a supercharger replaced for my turbo. After inspecting it car shield approved that and it was replaced by my dealer. He commented it the car shield was very easy to work with. I was very pleased by the whole process.

I have a Mercedes s 550 that I brought to a dealership Mercedes dealership and they diagnosed my car with a bad axles on my warranty, it says axles are covered. Well they're not covering my axles or my timing cover gasket that is also covered underneath my car shield warranty Also Mercedes Benz dealership told me it is a safety hazard about my axles. I hope you guys can resolve this because two garages said my axles were bad. I also supplied all my service wrecks from the dealership everything's on time so I hope you guys can fix the situation because otherwise that is bad for business.
