Recently the hydraulic line in my car cracked and needed to be replaced. Since the hydraulic system is pressurized, the repair was more involved than the.8 hours that CarShield approved. You can't just replace the line. You need to depressurize the system, remove the old line replace the new line, and repressurize the system. This takes approx 4 hours. We tried to explain the process but the car shield support person wasn't knowledgeable about engine repairs and only knew what a book stated.
You don't pay enough for labor don't need to say anything else about this subject
I've told Car Shield four different times to stop calling me about homeowners insurance and they continue to do it. They're beginning to be passed.

I recently needed to have an engine/transmission mount replaced - a $500 job. I called Car Shield and was told this was a covered repair and my mechanic accepts Car Shield. My only regret is that not all service facilities accept CarShield
