Called to check on payment. Associate was very helpful and helpful in setting up a new earlier due date and up dated payment method per my request.

I had a great experience, with a very kind young lady who was who was patient and kind and understanding and knowledgeable extremely nice and helped me and Mrs. Bellamy save some money and still keep our wonderful coverage

Customer service sucks and they are a rip off! They will not pay for nothing! Total waste of money!

It's sad that when you go to a dealership and you're told they don't deal with Carshield and they tell you why when you've been told that all you have to do is take your car to the dealership of your choice and they won't accept your warranty

Had some questions about what is covered for some specific parts. Both parts are covered but reading the contract, not specific enough.

I have not had to use my coverage yet but I trust that if and when I do it will be a pleasant experience.

When I signed my contract, I was assured that my Deductible would be lowered to $150.00. That has not been done.

I researched most of the companies that give protection and Car Shield was the best. I hope I never have to use them but I'm happy that I chose Car Shield!

Refused me a rental car, paid $200 of a $2400 bill. False advertising.

Had transmission issue with my vehicle, originally thought it was due to water/flood. Insurance carrier sent adjuster and subsequently denied the claim. Went to Car Shield and the replacement was covered along with the rental vehicle I needed while my vehicle was being repaired

Great experience would recommend them to anyone that needs protection for their vehicle

2 months waiting for approved parts and install. Because carshield doesn't like to pay on valid claims

Had to change credit cards. One rep called and I gave her updated billing info. Got second call for same issue that afternoon. Waste of manoower

I live in the Chicago area it was recently as you probably know in the minus figures for several days here in Chicago weatherwise. My car battery seem to be dead. I did not call your service. I didn't realize it included roadside service but I use the service that I do have, and they had to come out twice but it never dawned on me that I needed to get a new battery because mine was only one year old the third time it was minus like 3° out and my battery was dead again or my car was dead. I called another service that came out and they jumped it and advise me to bring it into a dealer or someone who does Auto Repair to be looked at. I investigated my car shield paperwork and realized that I could use a dealership here in Libertyville Illinois, which is the next town over. I was told that they would do a diagnostic test on my car get back to me. When they got back to me they told me that the battery casing was cracked and therefore the the liquid or the acid something was dripping out of it or leaking and that's why it kept dying. I was charged $200 for a new battery and over $200 in service fee, diagnostic test and taxes. I thought car shield would at least give me some sort of a discount on the battery and order the diagnostic test. I was shocked when I had to pay over $400 to pick my car up. I understand that batteries are not covered under this contract, but the fact that I used a company that was referred to me by your organization would give me a discount.
