What I would say is that there needs to be more communication in a timely manner between car shield the repair facility and the person needing to work done. Once we got that straight. Very satisfied with the work that was done.

I thought I had the car warranty CarShield so I asked my salesperson who give me the bad news about the car. She said she would call for me. Turn out all my repairs was covered and I was given a 2025 rental car to use while mine was being repaired... I am so happy I had the coverage... You pay on something for a long time, but you never know. All I paid was mine deducible Thank You CarShield you can through!

Used authorized dealer for repairs. Parts were under the warranty. Told that because the facility did repairs before adjuster saw vehicle, they would not cover. They wanted two days for an adjustor to look at the truck. They did nothing to discuss the process with the repair facility after contacting them.

I have been paying for almost 7 years for Car Shield protection on the Ford F150 truck. The two times we have needed the insurance assistance, we have been "out of pocket " several hundred dollars. When I originally started this insurance, the co-pay was $25. The only two times I've used the insurance, I have been charged $100 for co-pay and Car Shield has not paid much toward the repairs. I am paying more toward the insurance, than the insurance has helped us. I am seriously considering dropping the insurance. Both times, we have paid more than what Car Shield paid.

After Carshield moved my car 3ctimes to 3 different shops with little or no communication, I left Carshield and Hyundai took care of the problem no questions asked. Carshield is a cover for stealing your money with no coverage! I will tell everyone and have already reported to BBB.

When you're told that your deductible is one price and you end up having to pay half of the total amount due is misleading. I learned a very valuable lesson with Carshield. It's better to have some coverage than none at all
