On my repair shops first phone call they claimed that my coverage had expired inspite of them taking the payment just days before. After it all got cleared away, they only agreed to pay a small portion of the repair. Overall, I spent a lot more than I expected and am disappointed in the experience.

Wow! For something that is supposed to be convenient and easy - Carshield does NOT make it that way! I've had this service for a year and finally needed to use it for new fuel pump. The process was beyond difficult - took 8 calls (from both me and the dealership) to finally get resolution. Their options were not really financially helpful with the other option of waiting for a part - finding another service provider - on another day - was just NOT convenient. Their process is painful. I am seriously reconsidering having it at all - may just be better to pay out of pocket if the transmission ever goes! On another note - their constant - daily selling calls are on my last nerve! How many times can a person say 'please take me off your list' before you actually listen?! NOT impressed at all.

I called and spoke with someone about a letter I got in the mail with the Carshield logo on it. But I called the number already in my contacts not the number in the letter. It was about my rates going up. She assured me it was probably a scam. I gave her other info in the letter and she said she would turn it over to the dept who handles those things. She made me feel good about Carshield protecting me.

You all threw me under the bus! I have had Car Shield for 2 Vehicles for 2 years and no incidents! The first time I had to take my truck into the shop, I got ahold of you, started a claim. My mechanic called several times to talk to your adjustor and was hung up on every time. The truck bay was hung up for over 3 1/2 weeks! And I without a vehicle! My mechanic changed the exhaust manifold which you all said would be covered and then he put it all back together and told me I would have to take it elsewhere because you wouldn't work with him! I ended up paying over $1400. 00 and you people wouldn't compensate me at all! I was Literally told by one of your men that you all dropped the ball on my case! Yes You Did! You All Suck, Thanks For Nothing!

I have been a loyal customer of Carshield for over 15 years. Paying on time and before due time of payments. I could not get my call to the assigned machanic shops that were recommend to use. So I used the shop that could take my. I notiified Carshield of this. Of course they did not pay the company that did the work on my car. This is not the first time this happened, but I trusted them and contiue to pay every month. They take your money. They don't approve any work done on your car. Do Not Get Carshield if you need coverage. No Good and low down company to me. I will not reccomend this company to anyone, but if I am ask i will share my experienc with them.

Jeep not starting, called tow truck. Tried to start and jump started it by tow truck driver. Took it to jeep shop and replaced main battery replaced, broken wiper blade, replaced 3 wiper blades.battery and wiper blades not covered. Tow truck was 55.00 dollars

I had a new Card issued from my bank and forgot to change it over in my account. I received a call from Car Shield. My old card didn't work. I explained to the lady why it didn't work. I her the new Card number and everything is great.
She was very friendly and helpful and made my experience a lot easier.

When I called Car Shield for the FRIST TIME. THE OPERATOR CANCELED the service with Plaza Tires in Rolla, Mo.
I was told by one of the managers that they don't accept Car Shield service and they could not perform that problem. So I had to call Car Shield again to fine what place works with Car Shield.
