I ordered injectors for my truck. I placed order online. I was charged within 5 min at my bank. I did not receive my confirmation email. Reviewing online order it said my address was somewhere in TX. Thus begins the nightmare's. I have spent three hours total call time for 6 calls trying to find my order and correct the website sending all parts to sum address in tx by default. The number for their shipping CO.@; LSO call number is listed wrong and has no way to contact them to locate anything as customer reps try to tell me call them as they have no system access for anything shipping. Called them back again for 45 min on hold. The service reps never can help, just ask for a supervisor. Fast forward over 2 weeks... i got my replacement order. I WOULD RATHER LICK DOORKNOBS IN CHINA than order anything from this place ever again. Rock auto or summit like usual.
Received a wiper linkage that was faulty. Philip, in customer service corrected the issue in an appropriate and professional manner.

This was, by far, the WORST online shopping experience I've ever had!
I was sold a part they didn't have in stock, yet they charged me. I had no clue, until it didn't show up. Then I was argued with, placed on hold, transferred for a minimum of an hour each of the calls... I believe the count is at 5 now! I'm on hold with them now... 30 minutes and counting and I STILL haven't talked to a warm body!
They also sold me the wrong part. As soon as I saw the email, I called in. They told me the order was canceled and ordered the correct parts. The next day I see a charge on my card, then an email, with the shipping info. I called in AGAIN and was told it had already been processed and shipped before I canceled, which was impossible! They are SCAMMERS!
I have four boxes I was told the RMA's would be sent via email... they sent ONE RMA, TWICE, but nothing was sent for the other 3 boxes!
I received an email on 10/7 stating 'your order is on the way! Estimated delivery date Thurs Sep 30'.
How that's even possible?
The part they were going to replace, they couldn't tell me if it was in stock, when it would be shipped OR when it would be delivered. I told the gal I give up and I couldn't do this anymore & I wanted to return everything. She stated she would send me all the RMA's... nothing ever showed up!

Ordered a replacement door handle for a Toyota Highlander 2012. I received the first part, which was the wrong part. I took pictures and submitted a return claim. They sent me the exact same part twice. I called customer service and they said "Well this is the right part for your vehicle so...". But, the photos I sent prove that this is not the case. It is impossible to install on my vehicle. Ultimately got a refund for the item, but what a waste of time this was. It is very unlikely that I will order parts from them again. Disappointed.

This company only works the money promising that the part will arrive and then they say that it was lost and that they are going to order another and then they say that they do not have it to make a return less. VERY BAD SERVICE

As so many of us are in need of car parts at times and want a seamless and trustworthy avenue to find decent to high quality parts, Well I have definitely Put Carparts on my top 3 or 4 sources for just that!
I had 2 issues that where Very well taken care of by two different departments of customer service. The only reason I put 4 out of 5 instead of 5 out of 5 stars is because there was a glitch with Autofill on the address portion that you fill out to place an order. (I am not sure if that was resolved So pay close attention when filling out your address!)
Customer Service was Clear, kind, intelligent, and definitely showed concern. Exemplary performance!
And no this is not a paid employee or Robot... this is how I speak. Lol

I oreder a performance break kit that enclosed ceramic pads and "blank" rotors. That means their solid. What they sent me blank front rotors and the rear one's were up graded to the performance one with the holes and slashes in them without asking me. On my car with my rims you can see my rotors. It pissed me off so much because I had no choice and had to install them as I had my car torn apart and my old ones were bad. So I told them for sending me what I didn't order they should send me matching front rotors for free. And of course they said because I didn't order the performance rotors they won't send me new front rotors. Well I told them you didn't send me what I ordered and didn't ask me if I wanted my rear rotors up graded. The second thing is I ordered a wiper motor relay for my truck and it's guaranteed to fit and it didn't even come close. I've never heard of a business giving an up grade to a customer and not asking them first. They jest didn't have the rear rotors I ordered and instead of telling me and giving me the choice to cancel my order they jest sent me what they had. Will never do business with them again. Go check them out at the BBB look at the complaints about them.

Please be aware that if you need to return your item, you will be charged 97% of the total amount you paid in order for you to receive a shipping label from them. Totally not worth it. They will in turn re sale the item at full price again like they sold it you. This is terrible. I will never buy from them again.

I ordered parts for my pickup truck the website said they were in stock. Then I got an email saying they only sent me half. With no time frame no nothing for a return on my money on the other half. I was told I have to wait 5 days. And I can't fix my work truck now! Do not order from these guys their customer service sucks!

Shipment was delayed and parts received after a week later than promised shipment date. Also parts were very carelessly packaged and Box the parts shipped received in bad shape, Opened the box and found that parts are damaged. Applied for RMA online, to issue RMA wait time is 72hours. Called customer service, their automated system says 15sec wait time, I had been waiting for more than 30min to have some one answer my call. Worst customer service. They don't even deserve 1 star rating.
Never order parts from here.
