I purchased 2 brake lights in a package deal. For some reason they were being mailed separately & came with 2 different tracking numbers. I figured they would be mailed together. The passenger side made it to my house in about 1 week. But the driver side was never even handed over to FedEx and was never mailed out. So I called carparts about 2 weeks later to ask where my light was. The guys first excuse was "Because of covid-19, FedEx is late." And I told him the package never made it to FedEx from car parts because the tracking said FedEx was waiting for the package to arrive from carparts to be mailed. So he said "So what do you expect us to do?" I told him I expected my light to show up or if possible can they overnight me one. He said he had to ask his boss. He came back & said that it was ok to overnight me one and I should see it in 2 days. But instead? I got an email with a refund. So I decided to just buy another one. But I found out they are $32 pc. If you buy them separately vs. a package deal they are $24 pc. & this doesn't include credit card purchase fees. So I called to file a complaint and the woman I ended up talking to in customer service said she'd send me a coupon to buy another one for $24. I thought everything was good but it wasn't. I entered the coupon code & it was for $1 off of the purchase. Very, very scummy. This was my first and last time dealing with carparts.com
After 2 hours on the phone, all I received was 2 hang ups and nothing solved. I just wanted my part over nighted and no one could help me. I will never order from them again!

I ordered a front strut for my focus and they sent me a pulley for something. I called and wanted my part but they said it was out or stock before I even ordered it. They didn't try to contact me to tell me that, they sent a pulley instead. What kind of place does this. I could have already had a part from somewhere else, but they have tied up money and time with what they did. They did finally refund my money(they did do that fast). I wouldn't recommend buying from this place. I won't

Part came when they said it would which was nice, I had the car jacked up and old brakes removed. Problem was that I was sent the wrong sized rotors, pads and hardware. Verified my car info was correct. So I had to buy more parts so I could finish. Parts returned and a refund was issued.

My order was late, so I called GLS. They don't know where my package is. I called Carparts.com, they don't know where my package is either. They use GLS shipping and tracking system that list all false information and misleading!

I ordered two fenders for my Jeep. FedEx says that they delivered one and then an hour later delivered the other. I only received one. I have cameras at my house and FedEx showed up one time and delivered one fender, not two.

We ordered replacement front headlights, Which were sent in 2 different shipments. One was packaged nicely with foam packaging and care; the other Appear to be thrown in a Box with very little to no concern and both were the wrong model year so the plug in did not align.

Headlight arrived well packaged and undamaged. Delivery was fast. Installation was easy.
However, the new headlight is dimmer then my existing headlight. Had I Known I would have replaced it with a better one when I had everything disassembled.

Ordered a catalytic converter, was put on by mechanic and went bad within a month. Was told would need to get a read out but the read out cost almost the same as the actual part!

For Warranty Claim and before we can authorize a return or a replacement, a copy of a detailed/comprehensive mechanic's diagnosis is needed for us to determine the nature of the defect with the catalytic converter. This is necessary to ensure that a malfunction of other vehicle component/s is not causing the catalytic converter's inefficiency.
Also, several engine components play a role in the efficiency of the catalytic converter. Some can include (but is not limited to) fuel injector/s, spark plug/s, exhaust manifold/s, Mass Air Flow Sensor/s, and the Oxygen Sensor/s.
