This incident about 6; 00am I was about was not able to make the flight on delta flight#2782- Atlanta to New Orleans to cruise my ship Carnival Glory. I was flying to Tampa for a cruise for my birthday. My plane (American Airlines) was suppose to leave at 7:00 so I could make my connection in Charlotte at 8:45. At 8:20 it still had not left the gate. The 8:45 flight was the only one that gets to Tampa in time to make the boarding.
When I called to cancel, for a reason that was beyond my control, I was informed that Carnival was going to charge me $538.00 for canceling. Happy birthday to me!
We had substandard room conditions. Our shower did not drain we were two days without any AC we were on the second floor that we were told was not renovated. We were promised a five day cruise with a three day port visit and ended up circling in the water for three days. I demand a voucher, a credit, or I will seek a lawyer to dispute restitution for the Horrible experience we indured on top of everything I have never been on a cruise that smelled like marijuana throughout the ship without the staff acknowledging it, I am a palled at the way we were treated and I demand restitution. I will never travel on the carnival. If this is not settled, I will go through social media to make my experience known. I demand to be compensated for failure of Carnival

Worst cruise ever! Never have I ever been around the people that they allowed on that boat! The most disrespectful people ever and Carnival did not enforce any rules! Fights, screaming, loud music, banging doors, etc! Seriously the worst group of people on that boat. Never again!
I recently cruised on the Radiance. And in the past cruised on other Carnival cruise boats. My one and only complaint is that they are not vegetarian and vegam friendly. They had the same Indian Cury food in the restaurant. Its 2022 they have so many planat based alternatives. At least have an impossible
Burger. Burger king offers that.
On the morning of debarkation my daughter name was called over the intercom. I went in the hallway (730am) and she was headed to guest services. We had already discussed the night before that we would meet for breakfast at 8am. At 845am my oldest daughter told me she never returned. We made it to guest services thru all the chaos about 915. They was telling us she went back to her room when someone was still there waiting for her. I went to her room and my other daughter waited. We met back on 10 about 10am and they had informed my oldest daughter that she had gotten off the boat. Now she was calling but couldn't hear me talking. We finally got off the boat at 1130 just to not find her. I go back in and after about 30 minutes of talking to different people and telling them this is not making sense, someone came and told me she had been arrested. Being arrested was not my problem. My issue was they sent us on a wild goose chase for hours and nobody told us ANYTHING! We live in a world of trafficking and all kind of crime for the communication to be that bad! I would have been more comfortable with her being handcuffed in her room so at least someone would have known where she was. Then the amount of consideration that was shown when 15 rookie was worried about her was selfish.
I call to cancel my cruise for today due to my husband passed away. The representative told me I am going to charge a $200 penalty fee and for me to get the 200 credit back to me I must go on *******@carnival.com, I don't see the logic of this why didn't she reach out to her manager to try to help me. I didn't have the strength or the frame of mind at the time I called in to cancel. My husband and I cruise twice sometimes 3times per year. I also booked for December cruise. I will appreciate if someone reached out to me or credit my account.

First cruise and I'm highly dissatisfied. Food was cold, bed bugs were found in multiple rooms, half the ship ended up with Covid, not sanitary, and instead of charging me $150 for something I purchased they charged me $220.
I asked him a simple question about my account told me i had to call a 1800# and he had a very VERY NASTY ATTUTIDE asked for manager he said no manger but how we on a ship they stay open 24/7 then he sent security to my room i explained situation and he said i was wrong for taking a picture so here he goes! We purchased this cruise prior to Covid it was cancelled and rebooked multiple times ( understandable given the Covid restrictions). Finally we were able to get a cruise date then my wife became ill and unable to travel. I moved the booking ahead yet again. What I didn't know was the price had increased and there was an additional payment due of $140. Doesn't seem like much considering we already had $2500 into the original booking. Carnival then cancelled the cruise for non payment and penalized me $ 500.
We have sailed with Carnival in the past and have had a great time, this however was disappointing.
II would like to receive a full refund considering the circumstances( we could have just cancelled during the Covid crisis and did not). I have made multiple calls and still only have a portion of what I spent returned to my account. This is not good customer service or retention policy.
On August 5th, my pregnant wife and I boarded the Carnival Conquest for what we had hoped would be one last great getaway before the baby got here. Upon waiting around for 2+ hours for our room to finally be ready, during this time, we waited (forever) in line a the customer service desk to discuss the adult beverage package for myself, since my wife couldn't use it since she's pregnant. Upon booking the cruise, my wife told them she was pregnant, and even asked about how pregnant she was allowed to be prior to boarding the ship and they notated the account. Customer service said they'd add the package for me, but it would take 20 minutes. We said okay, fine. Waited 30 minutes, and went to the bar for them to check it. Wasn't activated. We were sent downstairs by the bar to the doctor for a note they claimed we needed. Doctor said they can't/won't do that to go back... bartended gave me and my wife attitude, were rude to us, and cast us away. My wife waited another 20-30min to be sent back to the service desk for them to tell her to keep waiting. FINALLY after 2 hours, it went on after making a scene. Upon finally getting our room key and going into our room, it was beyond disgusting. Hadn't been dusted in months, mold on the couch, broken ac. Pregnant, she wiped the entire room down and cleaned it and i reported it to room service. They came in an swapped the couch out. Sent someone to service ac, but it never got better for all 3 nights. 78 degrees we were forced to sleep in, with her and me sweating. The dining room service was the worst (20-30 minutes for wine to come to me), steak came out raw 2 nights in a row. Rood was utterly disgusting. Loud obnoxious people keeping us up awake at 3am while i call the service desk to complain. The ship was dingy, dirty, and disgusting. Inside and out. Will never return, and i will be making it known how u treat pregnant people
This is my third cruise on Carnival. The first two time I booked on line with no issues. This time I used the Carnival travel agent. The first one ended up ghosting me when I needed help to postpone the trip. The second one failed to update my guest name in a timely fashion or respond to my e-mails asking for options. Long story short - there is no
Customer Service. If you need to postpone it's $250 per person even if you upgrade to a more expensive cruise. Need to change the guest traveling with you - so you can avoid the $500 fee for changing the cruise - then it's $99.00. All after waiting on hold for almost an hour. Carnival isn't the only cruise game in town and although I'm being forced to go on this one in October because of the prohibitive fees, it will be my last Carnival cruise.
I just called carnival cruise to inform them that I had gotten hurt at work as lost my income, and I can not take the cruise we had so hoped for to go on.
To make it even worse, carnival charged me

I explained to the young lady that I'm not working and that extra 250.00 fee would even hurt us more, she suggested I write a review, this just is NOT FAIR.
Please help Carnival Cruise. It was my husband and I first time cruising. We got there for our time we set to cruise. And the lady at the counter told us we couldn't board without our birth certificate's. She gave us a paper where to get them. We called for another Lyft to bring us. When we got there they asked for our license's to get our birth certificates and there was no driving licenses. The lady at the carnival cruise kept them both. That was a set back for us cause they would not let get a birth certificates without license's. That day couldn't get any worst. We got back to the ship and it was there, but couldn't get on the man said it was too late. We explained to him the lady kept our drivers license's. We still couldn't get on, so he gave us a card to call carnival. When calling them to explain what happened they said we could not be refunded at all. We paid a lot of money to take that trip and that day for transportation. It was for our 20th wedding anniversary. I'm also in a wheelchair and can't speak clear. We don't want any money back all we want is another booking for the money we paid please. We really need help. My husband talked to customer service and they said leave a comment. Someone please help us. We was on Carnival Cruise Valor in New Orleans.
I don't give this cruise a star at all it was the worse experience of my life my family and I did not like it they did not treat us at all friendly! They literally ruined our experience while my little niece left crying because they treated her so bad in the kid area I am very heart broken they always treated us so good when ever we went but now they dissapointed my family and I are we will never be riding with them again, do not recommend this place.
I don't have a original paper for citizenship. I apply passport 2 months ago. So I have a copy of citizenship. But they not accepted.

We booked a 5 day cruise to Mexico, on Ecstasy out of Mobile Alabama, and was so excited about leaving to the 4th of July. I've gone on 6 different cruises with Carnival and have always been satisfied until now. They have really gone down since the COVID pandemic. The price of the cruise was discounted tremendously, I guess to get people back on the ships. The food was awful in the dinning room and the portions were very skimpy. You can tell they were trying to cut costs. I was supposed to have free drinks in the casino along with my guest as long as we played. My drinks were free but my husband was being charged for his, and the Casino director acted as if there was nothing she could do, even though that is what Carnival advertised on my VIFP account. I paid over $110 for pictures and was supposed to receive a free ShutterFly bag and photo book, but of course I did not receive either one. On the last day at sea my husband and I went to the liquor shop to by gifts for family. They advertised discounts on different selections, so my husband asked the attendant which bottles were discounted and the attendant responded, you received your discount when you booked the cruise. He was very rude and disrespectful. Before my husband could react we just left without causing a scene. I understand that the cruise industry was hit hard by the pandemic, but I don't see how they will recover with service like this. We will not be using Carnival again. The best part was meeting the other passengers. Almost all the people we talked to shared in our opinion.
Our booking# X61PB1.We flew into New Orleans, the airline was late with our luggage we were held at the airport for over an hour and half that cause us to be late and the port denied us to board the ship, we want to cruise again with carnival in September and we want to know if we could get a credit on our next cruise, thank you!
I want to say that the employees offer impeccable service and are attentive to each of our needs. They helped us momentarily forget all the unpleasant events that occurred on our trip.
My husband and I booked a suite in order to have enough space for our infant. Carnival made us pay 500$ extra just for the baby because suite only accommodate double occupancy according to them. Why charge accommodation for an infant who can't event enjoy the food that is serve nor even go into the pool. They refused that our baby dipped his feet in the water. When we then tried to go into the wet area for kids, we weee told that infants cannot be in the water games area. Again why charge 500$ for an infant if there is nothing they can enjoy. The verni à magic ship is old and outdated. It's not worth getting the internet premium package! It is worse than dial up internet. You cannot even check your emails. We run a business and we're struggling to answer at a timely manner our clients.
This is my first and last time at carnival.
Answer: To Whom it may concern, This is my 4th email, that I have sent regarding a cancelled cruise. I have been cruising with Carnival for a little while now and really enjoy the trips I take. I was suppose to cruise out on October 22,2022 and because my elderly father was diagnosed with cancer, (I was informed today) the physician wants to get his plan up and going. I found it very disappointing that Carnival is deciding not to give me my money back. It doesn't have to be money, I asked for a credit to cruise later; I was told that couldn't be done. It is not fair that I'm having $1733.00 taken away from me. Life is hard and if I could be on that ship on October 22,2022 I would've without a doubt. I would like for someone to take a look at my concern, address my concern, and return my funds or allow me to use this as a credit in the future. I'm hurt by the diagnosis of my father and to learn that Carnival will not assist in my time of need is very stressful. My booking for this cruise is B4W1B8, my PIN is 2221. I will await a resolution to my concern. Please allow my money to be returned or give me credit for another cruise. $1733.00 is not easy to come by. I can't imagine them being so greedy for money. I don't even want the money back, I just asked for a credit for a future cruise. Answer: Called them and couldn't get my refund. They are thieves and do not care for there repeat customers. Stay far away from Carnival.
