My bank limits me to 3000.00 a day and normally at any other casino in the states after midnight the bank card will reset itself but not tonight. I tried to pull another 1000.00 dollars twice but the request was declined. No big deal I never got that money, well guest services locked my card saying I owe them that money when I never received that 2000.00 again it was declined.
I don't understand why the lady doesn't get it, I will go back down there this afternoon after all the charges post on my account from the bank.
One of the head guys from the casino was at guest services laughing at me trying to explain my situation to the lady.
That's enough to make anyone angry, it's definitely not customer service and I guess being a platinum customer means very little especially dropping 10-20k at the casino twice a year on Carnival

I booked a cruise 3 months ago. I booked 3 rooms and paid the deposit for 2 adults and 5 children. Leaving from Miami on 12/22/23. A month later I received an email that I needed to make the final payment. I paid and went about. Last week I went online to add drink packages and check in only to discover they canceled one of our rooms. I called immediately only to be told there was nothing they can do. That my payment went through for the 2 rooms but not the 3rd. I never received a call nor an email. Now I'm told the ship is completely sold out but I could pay $300 to be put on a waitlist. I asked what happens if nothing opens up and again told there is nothing they can do. I said then can we at least get a refund for the other 2 rooms so that we can all be together for Christmas and use that money for something different or maybe another cruise during a different time? Nope. Sorry your out $5000! Not including my flights from NC to Florida. I have called everyday. One sales lady suggested I leave my kids with family and me and my husband go alone. Are you kidding me!? That's your solution? Leave my kids at Christmas? There has to be rooms that Carnival puts aside for mess ups and emergencies. I have called everyday now for a week and nothing. I have pleaded for some type of management to reach out. Nothing. If it wasn't Christmas I would say ok but the fact that our options are forfeit $5000+ or breakup our family over Christmas is so upsetting. We came to the conclusion today that if 2 people have to stay behind my husband and one of my sons offered to stay back so I called Carnival to change the name of the reservation for my son staying behind …. I was told in order to do that I would have to pay $638!

Makes no sense

Myself and My husband has been cruising every year since 2010. It's always been my gift to him so it was understood that I book and pay. Now this year my cruise was set for 11/27/23 however my husband just started a new job in another state so I asked can I do a name change or just go on the cruise alone and they said no because it was under my husbands promotion… so I was told all I could do was cancel and lose out on the money I paid…. So carnival allows me to book for he and I, cancel for he and I, but I can't go on the cruise that I booked, I just lose my money. I'm very disappointed in carnival… I'm thinking about changing cruise lines all together! I'm very hurt by this

Cold food

Just got off the carnival radiance cruise and the food was the worst I ever had.
I tried all the food spots on the cruise and they were all bad except the pizza and the chicken place that was about it. Other then the food being bad it was a good cruise for our anniversary weekend..

My group and i had a very nice time on carnival vista but carnival needs to step up with better food at dinner and breakfast food needs a better taste and better entertainment this cruise line need have better food sodas should be included hire real singers and comedians, like well-known people like Diana Ross Lionel Richie, Gladys Knight Brian Culbertson, Kenny G and better comedians George Wallace Eddie Griffin, Chris Tucker and then every ship you got would sell out once you step your game up

Did not make the cruise no refund

A terrible experience we did not make the cruise due to our Spirit airline did not have a pilot then we call carnival to explain what happened they couldn't help when first book our cruise we were asked did we want travel insurance we said yes and we paid but then we made changes to our booking to be with our other party as as group so with the changes I guess they canceled our travel insurance so when I called carnival to explain what happened with the flight and to see about getting a refund that's when they told I didn't have travel insurance coverage I was so devastated because I not so long lost my 15 months old grandson a month before that I heart surgery I just wanted to get away for a weekend to clear my mind. The first booking #Q7D6G3 and the other booking # R4C1F2 it was nine people that miss the cruise but the people that was supposed in the room together Valerie Simpkin Rhonda Johnson Sabrina Blakney I hope someone can help us

Me and my husband had paid in full for 3 day cruise to Bahamas,This his 1st time my 5th time.I always got to the Port by 2:45.This time we get there same time frame others out says the doors locked and they were very upset.I was told as always I can do our boarding once we get on.What changed/did I miss something with a new time frame.it was my cuzin Birthday and we was going to Celebrate.Than they tell me No Refund like that's not a good look with this overall.This is not right and we should not be punish for the non Communication,I've been going threw the same travel agent the whole time as-well.I am very disappointed

Lost all my clothes

I forgot my brand new clothes in my cabin, called the Mardigraw cruise line lost and found the same day! It took them weeks to notify me that they could not find my clothes. I did not call a week after, I called the same day that I unboarded the ship. Carnival Cruise, are you aware people are losing their belonging on your cruise ship? I paid a lot of money for myself and my family for this cruise, and still lost my clothes. If you forget any of your thing onboard, know that it's gone! I will not use Carnival Cruise or ever recommend them.

Very disappointed

This is going to be my 5th cruise. I was sent a promotion not knowing it was my sons promotion cause it didn't include a middle initial, so I assumed it was mine. My son has been on 1 cruise with us and I have been on 5 including this one. My wife was doing our online boarding and was having problems with it so she called carnival and was speaking to someone the first time and after about 15 mins or so was automatically transferred to a survey so my wife had to call back a second time and was transferred to a helpline and no one ever answered. While she was still waiting she called carnival back a third time from her friends phone and was finally helped by someone and then discovered that my sons birthdate was on the promotion and not mine. That was not my mistake being that I've been on 5 cruises including this one and my son only 1. So we went from a $500 room credit to $25 and had to pay an extra $80 for the cruise which was carnivals mistake not mine and my birthdate was given at booking not my sons. So had we not finally caught that I would not have been able to go on this cruise now in Oct. I would have lost out on this cruise money and airfare had my wife not caught this mistake made by carnival not us. My wife was told carnival is waving the penalty fee which once again not our fault. This has been a horrible experience and we haven't even gone on the cruise yet. My wife and I feel that the promotion should be honored and also our extra $80 refunded cause this was not our fault. We invited our friends to go with us and this cruise and ours is costing more than theirs and they are first time cruisers.

Waste of money

Booked a 6 day cruise to Cabo. Recieved an email just days before leaving everything looked good to go. Once we arrived at the terminal they informed us that the two days in Cabo have been canceled and replaced with San Diego and Catalina Island. Complained to customer service at terminal and was informed you had to complain on the boat because they work for the terminal and not carnival. After getting boarded long line at customer service to basically hear that there was nothing they could do. I'm sure they saved a ton of fuel expense not going to Cabo and to replace those days with what they did was crap. I could of booked that cruise for a third of the cost. No one wants to return calls or emails. Just a waste of vacation days and money. Don't do it

This was my first cruise. The cruise overall was fun and people were nice. I am, however, very disappointed in customer service and guest relations not assisting me in a matter I felt could've been resolved quickly. Do not buy drink packages online because upgrading and issues are difficult to handle once onboard. After 4 visits to customer service on Day 1, my friend not being able to get her drink package, and being told 3 different things, we didn't get the drink package until Day 2. After they charged my card twice and I requested a refund because of the headache, they were not willing to refund me or give me on board credit. Even thought I agreed to purchasing a package because my cabin mate did, I also don't understand why I have to when I don't drink much. It's not fair. I will not be sailing Sunshine again. Your customer should come first.

Cancellation of cruise

My husband and I booked a cruise on the Celebration after being cancelled by Carnival on a ship that was not ready yet (Inagural Sailing) #J9F0R0. I was diagnosed with cancer 10/2/23. I will begin radiation and chemotherapy 10/23. Obviously it is past the August cancellation date to get a full refund but was wondering if anything could be done to get more of a refund than 50%. We have waited so long to go on this cruise just to be penalized greatly for being sick. We are on Social Security and every bit of monies are very important to us. Thank you for listening.

This a review of the Carnival Cruise Line as an entity. I wanted to book the 9 days Carnival Venezia cruise to the Bahamas. I registered online and looked for a good deal. Next day I had a voice message from Dawn - a cruise specialist with a "special offer I couldn't refuse" so I called back. I spent 1h on the phone with her, giving all the information and looking at different cabins and options. At the end she gave a quote for my cruise. I asked if I could put it on hold for 24h since I had to move a hospital appointment in order to be able to book the cruise. Next morning I was able to move my appointment and I called back to book the cruise. At this point Dawn opened my file and gave a different quote, much higher that the previous day. So I asked about the difference and she said that she was probably looking at at another sail date when she gave me the quote. So she refused to honour her previous quotation. This was another 15 min later. I got very upset and told her that she should respect her words. She refused bluntly. I asked to speak with her supervisor but she also refused to respect the previous price offer. I asked to speak to management and same thing happened. So Carnival can make you spend hours on the phone for nothing. This is how the respect their potential customers. I told them that I have no choice but to let other people know about my negative experience but they did not care at all. I guess I learned that customer service is not something that matters at Carnival and I would hate it to happen to me while on the cruise. So I guess we will continue to cruise with Norwegian and Royal Caribbean since they treated us with respect and courtesy.

Negative 100% Unacceptable

Big inconvenience from the smell of mildew and a wet floor the whole trip. A blower fan blowing in my room the whole time. I didn't enjoy my room because of the defects of it. I also got sick from the smell when I was in the room. I didn't get a good sleep from the smell of the room. This is a matter that guess services knew about and I wish I could have got place in another room. When I emailed them my complaint, A guest care specialist offered me a $50 on board credit for my next cruise. They have it where you can't call anyone on the phone. I ask to speck to a supervisor several times and they wouldn't.

Please do not go here if you want to be completely bored out of your mind. The rooms are like a janitor closet and all the drinks are just alcohol.
The food was pretty good, but there's nothing for children. All you can pretty much do is shop and I could not wait until I got off.

Took our money

We had a cruise booked on 09/4/23 then i had an accident and broke my heel and had to have surgery on 8/25/23 and would be off my feet for 3 weeks of bed rest with having to keep the foot elevated. All paperwork was submitted to carnival and insurance company AON. Both parties denied a refund or credit toward another cruise. 1st and last time i book carnival $1800.00 lesson learned.

9/2/2023 My family took this cruise and caught Covid. One of the workers said the ship was Covid Hot! 42 plus positive cases on the group just before us. CARNIVAL Does not alert people! They let you walk onto Covid Quicksand and care nothing about elderly or people with weak immune systems. Carnival A.k.a CarnaCovid!
Will not refund you if you try to cancel due to covid! Run Away do not get on Carnival Ships!

Stay away from this cruise line! Let them sink in their 34B dollar depht. Booked a trip with autopay, they havent charged for the final amount (which we signed up for, even on terms and conditon shows the final amount will be taken with autopay) and they cancelled our birthday trip - saying they sent us 3 emails… (no call) they are not paying back the money, cant use it for other trip as credit. But they offered, we still have room on that criuse for an upgraded room. For double price. This is very bad. Just filed a case againt them on small claim court.
