Per il nostro viaggio in Portogallo abbiamo noleggiato un'auto tramite Car-Jet con ritiro a Porto e riconsegna a Faro al costo di 20€ extra per la riconsegna in diverso aeroporto.
Il giorno prima del ritiro ho avuto la malaugurata idea di chiamare Car-Jet per chiedere di anticiparlo di un paio d'ore e fin qui tutto bene, anzi al telefono mi dicono che avremo ricevuto un accredito perchè le tariffe nel frattempo si erano abbassate.
Il giorno dopo però al ritiro dell'auto l'amara scoperta... non avevano modificato la prenotazione esistente bensì avevano cancellato quella originale e fatta una nuova prenotazione il cui costo di riconsegna presso altra località però era di 300€ anzichè 20€!
Dopo aver fatto non so quante telefonate a Car-Jet ed aver atteso più di 1 ora nell'ufficio del noleggiatore RecordGo per cercare di risolvere la situazione, siamo riusciti a parlare con un operatore di Car-Jet che ci ha detto che avrebbe contattato direttamente RecordGO ed avrebbero risolto immediatamente la situazione. Dopo più di mezz'ora non hanno nè chiamato nè inviato alcuna informazione e pertanto, essendo a piedi, abbiamo ritirare l'auto rassicurati da RecordGo del fatto che Car-Jet ci avrebbe rimborsato essendo stato un loro errore!
Dopo diversi solleciti via email a quasi 1 mese e mezzo dall'accaduto, non abbiamo ricevuto alcun rimborso e alcuna comunicazione esaustiva da parte di Car-Jet.
Car was not ready on arrival at airport. DRIVEUS AND Green motio car rentals did not have the car on 2 occasions. I had to hire another. No refund from carjet. No response
We booked a car via CarJet, and but due to a mismatch of documents, the rental failed.
CarJet does not pay back the money that was not used for the car.
According to the rental agency (Klass Wagen) they get receive the money after they submit the documents proving the rental, so CarJet has the money for the rental and insurance, and do not return it. THis must be their revenue model.
Do not trust this company they totally scam you. Said I had collected the hire car when I went to pick it up. Would I have turned up at the garage to collect it if I already had it!
Having to go through credit card company and police for fraud
Read the small letter text,they say wll pay extra taxes and fees.Youll pay duble for a car.This îs a scam.
Car jet scamers International rented car pre paid in advance 10 days with my credit card when arrived in Larnaca they refused the same Credit card 20 days still no refund of services non rendered time to sue this organisation those who want to join me *******@bluewin.ch
My British airways American Express card wasn't accepted but there wasn't another way like other rental companies offer and they did not mention in there paperwork that especially AMEX wouldn't be accepted and I had never problems before. So I did not get the car and did not get any kind of refund. Thats disgusting.
Absolutely appalled by this company using unfair, dishonest prectices that ARE ILLEGALby Law.
Firstly I hired a vehicle for one week cost 75.00 Euro, brilliant I thought, but hey there was even more to pay at pickup, YES and alarming 100.00 euro what for you ask, well, "out of office, service charges, airport charges, and that's EXCLUDING my insurance excess which is a 1000.00 euro.
The problem here is THAT IT'S ONLY WHEN YOU HAVE PAID THE FULL RENTAL FOR THE PRESCRIBED PRICE, THAT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE AVAILABLE, AS ADDENDUMS. TO THE ACTUAL CAR HIRE VOUCHER, THIS IS ILLEGAL, UNFAIR AND UNDERHAND PRACTICE AND IT IS MY INTENTION TO GET MY MONEY BACK, FROM THIS COMPANY OF FRAUDSTERS.
Car Jet stole my money.
I rented a car from carjet.com (which is actually doyouspain, they have a terrible reputation in Spain. If id known it was them I never would have but they are now operating through another website called carjet.com)
I didn't get the car due to the companies policies which was no fault of my own and not made clear on booking. The car company was Enterprise who have been very helpful they emailed doyouspain more than once and requested them to refund me. But Do You Spain are still refusing a refund of £600
Booked a car went to collect, was informed that im too young and no car was available for me. Still trying to get hold of this "so called" company to get my money back. No number to call and they don't answer emails. I want my money back. Rip off company, do not use.
Paid the diposit got a vaucher but no one was waiting in the airport or unsering the pone wating for an unser from custemer servise for mor then 2 weaks
Carjet refuses returning deposit after not getting a car from there rude and unreliable office at Heraklion Crete.

Got a Carjet voucher telling us to pick up a car at Carandgo. First there was an issue with the voucher and suddenly we had to pay the rental costs (several hundreds) in cash. Next we had to pay a posit of € 900,- but suddenly my Visa card did not work in there machine. We put extra money on it, even called the Visa company. They told our card worked just fine and there was enough credit on it. The issue was there machine not working on the Visa card. Still, In the end we did not get a car and had to rent a more expensive car at another company. Later I learned from the reviews this happens lots of time with this company. Despite all these bad reviews Carjet does not believe me and refuses to refund my deposit even after explaining many times. Very bad customer service!
How Carjet stole my money
I paid for a car from Eindhoven airport. I was supposed to pick up the car on sep 7 2023. When I arrived at the rental agency I was told that I came late and the car was not available anymore.
I PAID FOR THE CAR AND AS A RESULT THE CAR SHOULD HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE TO ME FOR THE DURATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. 3 DAYS. YOU RENTED THE CAR I PAID FOR TO SOMEBODY ELSE, MEANING THAT YOU CHARGED TWICE FOR THE SAME CAR.
FOR EVERYBODY THAT IS THINKING ABOUT RENTING A CAR FROM CARJET: DONT.

This is a basic Switch and Bait site where they say they will offer the car for X and once you've wasted your time and money getting there, they say the car is not available and offer you a more expensive one. They are not the company that rents the car, they are a terrible middle men service that underdelivers. After 2 hours they batantly just started ignoring me.
I made a reservation and minutes later I canceled it, only after receiving the email from the insurance company about the €3000 deposit. I canceled and they still charged me the daily rate as a "penalty".
I've rented a car from CarJet and cancelled in same day, but company is not paying my refound and I cannot reach them because they do not have any support channel... They just have a section called "support center" but I cannnot reach my canncellation information or review my refound...
Even though we were supposed to pick up a car at Athens Airport the car never arrived. We have spent 4 hours waiting for the car, calling Greek numbers provided by the company but the phone was never answered. Finally, and after 4 hours waiting for the car company to deliver us the car, and while my feed was keeling me, we have ended up in a hotel by taxi. Following day, I have received a call from the car rental company asking us to deliver us the car. I have been asked many times by them If i have money on my credit card, which looked suspicious. I have been told by them that the company messed up with the paperwork and this is why they have never showed up, but this is not a logical explanation, since I have been calling them for the whole night. Furthermore, I have called in their offices in Spain talked with someone called Natalia a very rude person, and she said that we were 15 min late. Our deposit of fifty euros is gone, but at least I have the experience now never to use them again.
The company is a total failure. They have destroyed our holidays.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company that has shown a complete lack of integrity and customer service. Not only did they fail to deliver on their promises, but they also refused to return my money. I feel it is my duty to share my terrible experience with others, so they can avoid falling victim to this dishonest company. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to them, they consistently ignored my calls and emails. It became abundantly clear that they had no intention of rectifying the situation or honoring their refund policy. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. It is one thing to provide a poor product or service, but it is another to refuse to return a customer's money when they are dissatisfied. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to think twice. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and financial loss. There are countless other reputable companies out there that genuinely value their customers and provide exceptional products/services. This company is not one of them.
Beware of the hidden policies, and poor customer service. They are not a fair and transparent company.
I booked a car in Sweden using Carjet for the 27-Jun-2023. The car was a big car - Volvo XC-90 (Voucher number: CJT*******).
I paid in advance and got the voucher.
Unfortunately, when I reached to the Hertz counter to pick up my car,
They told me that Carjet booked for me a car in a lower class.
Carjet booked a car in the category of Volvo XC-60 while my booking and paid voucher were for Volvo XC-90.
Since Hertz didn't have any car available in the category of XC-90,
I was forced to take the XC-60.
The XC-60 was small for our family needs.
Therefore, on the beginning of July, when I returned to my country, I called Carjet by phone and sent them many e-mails in which I asked them to refund me the amount I paid them.
That is for a compensation for the trouble they made with the mistaken booking.
Till today, for almost 2 months I got no answers and no refund.
This is the worst car renting broker.
Don't buy from them!
