I recently called CARiD to inquire about an aftermarket part for my car. I spoke to a customer service representative named Daniel. Daniel respectfully answered all my questions to the best of his ability using all the manufacturers info that was available. I did not feel as if he was being aggressive or pushy about me purchasing the part in any way. He let me know I could order online or call him back if I decided to order and even sent me a 5% off promo email. Overall, it was a pleasant initial experience.
I would like to recognize Noelle for an outstanding job he did while assisting me with a potential purchase. He was very helpful and patient when I could not decide on the correct product I needed from your company. I appreciate all of his hard work and dedication in valuing his customers.
I was clueless about what I wanted to buy when I first found this site, after chatting with a representative however, I found what I needed and she told me everything that I needed! Highly reccomend this site.
I got rims from Carid for my car. First off, they called me because I didn't purchase right away and have me a "discounted" price which made me order. When I got billed, the discount was no where to be seen and I was told it was non returnable and non refundable. Once I got the rims, they didn't send the free installation kit so I ended up paying $100 more in order to get them on my car. I called customer service and once I finally reached someone after being on hold for 15 minutes, I explained my situation and the rep asked me what my name was and in the middle of my sentence I heard the hold music again and could not get back through. I sat on the line for another 15 minutes before I hung up. Spare yourself the headache and pay the extra $50 somewhere else this company does not care about customers and they will ensure that you have the worst experience possible.
Bought hood accent trims for my Jeep. Got them from Carid. When I received them, one of the part was damaged. Called Carid, they told me to send a picture of it. I did it few minutes after they asked me. Then I got an email from them that it would take from 24 to 72 hours to get an answer. I keep sending emails since 3 weeks to the 2 customer services clerk that contacted me... no answers... Paid around 150$ for something I cannot even install on my Jeep... We'll try to contact them again... but I believe I simply lost my money.
It's all a scam, always hidden fees from what you originally have to pay. All of their products come from a different company, so on returns you come out of your own pockets for there mishaps because it's not actually their products. Horrible customer service with attitudes, and supervisors aren't helpful at all. Save your money and time, don't order from here.

I placed a hoop step in my shopping cart. I didn't finish the order and received an email from CARiD stating so. I decided I no longer wanted the step and deleted it from my cart as well as deleting the order. Several days later the step arrived along with a $40 shipping charge. Now when I try to return the step they say I never placed an order. How these people stay in business and sleep at night is beyond me. What crooks.

Place order, card charged. Then I am told they can't fill it the part doesn't exist anymore. But I have to CALL to cancel. I get a guy in India who can't cancel the order, ten more minutes on hold to get another guy to cancel the order. Who doesn't speak English either. But tells me he can help, but puts me back on hold for several minutes. If this is their idea of customer service, it sucks. You can't have your computer link to your inventory and see if you have the bloody parts?
Thanks for your interest, but I shouldn't have to call and be placed on hold for 10 minutes to cancel an order for an item that you no longer carry. Why your computer said that isn't germane, what is is your lousy customer service.

The worst customer service. I needed a rim for a spare tire before I left for Germany (in military). I was told that the rim I ordered on 2 June would be at my door no later than 28 June. I called on 29 June to check the status and was told it was not due to ship until 27 July. After explaining the situation I was told that they had the rim in stock and I would have it in 3 business days - 6 July. I received a shipping confirmation that night with a 7 July delivery date. My car ships on the 8th. I still have to get the tire mounted before I drop the car off at the pier. I called to cancel and spoke to a very rude and unprofessional female who, after getting nasty, put me on infinite hold when I asked to speak to a manager. I called back and got the same female. I asked to speak to a manager and after being on hold for 17 min she told me he was on another call and would call me back within an hour - that was 4 hours ago. I purchased a lot of car parts from CARID without any issues but after this experience u will NEVER use them again nor would I recommend them to my worst enemy.
I ordered a slideout awning cover and thought everything was good. I received a notice that the product was delivered. When I checked UPS tracking it showed it left Spokane WA and was delivered to Spokane WA where it was refused. I live 5 1/2 hours from Spokane and did not refuse the delivery. After many emails and calls I cancelled the entire order. Half the calls were good telling me they would reship the product and then I would get an email saying that I need to pay shipping again! When I received an email saying they would finally cancel and refund, they refunded the charge but I still had to pay for the original shipping. It was like this is a shell game to get money for shipping that they never intended to get to me.

Careful people, I wish I read the "real" reviews before I bought from this company. I agree with what most people are saying, terrible customer service - I honestly feel that what they sold me were seconds, poor quality APC Mesh Grilles for Pontiac Solstice. You would think that both sides would match but that was not the case. Unfortunately I installed them and then immediately removed them because they look stupidly wrong. Although they were only mounted for 5 minutes with no sign of installing them, because I sent a picture of them installed they would not do anything to allow an exchange, even if I bought another grille set and returned the defective grille with the unopened hardware bag.
Don't waste your time with this company, read the reviews from real people (not the reviews on their site) and get the real story.

I purchased a wood grain kit for my car from Carid and was totally impressed with the quality. Also, the instruction sheet for the installation was very easy to follow. I've had so many positive opinions on the appearance of my cars interior. Everyone says the same thing. It's beautiful, It looks like it came from the factory that way. I know if or when I need future parts for my car, I will surely choose Carid again.

Hi everyone. I placed my order with CarID on 5/27/16. My order was for a set of five Fuel Beast Wheels paired with a set of Toyo Open Country Tires for my Jeep. I did not receive my order until 06/22/16. Granted my order turned out perfect, it took quite a long time. CarID seems to be a middle man on a lot of the products that they offer. You place the order with CarID then they order it directly from the manufacturer or another wholesaler. They have to wait to receive the item then you have to wait on the turnaround time for CarID to ship it to you. I had to check on the status of my order a few times to verify the timeframe. If you are a patient person then I would give them a shot. If not, then I would look to place my order elsewhere. Especially when it comes to a wheel and tire order. I am very happy with the product I ordered. I was just not satisfied with the time that it took for me to get it.

I ordered wheels and tires and spent over 1100 dollars. I am missing a piece to take on and off the wheels. I asked customer service, since I spent over 1100 dollars with you guys in the past, if CarID could send the piece out free of charge to cater to a very satisfied past customer. (piece is an $8 tool... $8). Not only did customer service not assist me in getting the right piece, they wouldn't send me the piece without charging me, OR let me speak with any supervisor. The process took over 1.5 hours. Will NEVER do business with them again.

I ordered brake rotors for a customer. Del date originally was five days. A week later del date was a month and a half out. No one called or emailed me. This was the first and last purchase I'll ever do on this site. Do not use this site!

I ordered 1st row, 2nd row, and cargo mats for my jeep renegade. When i received the package the cargo mat was missing. I place this order June 5th and after 5 calls to them with them telling me every time that they need to contact the manufacturer and they will call me back (not once out of these 5 times did they call me back). We are now June 23rd and no one has called me back and i still have no cargo mat! The worst customer service i have EVER received and i do a lot of online ordering!
Its now june 29th. This is the 6th call i have made to this company and i was told the exact same thing! "they cant get a hold of the manufacturer". I don't even know why this is an issue. At this point I asked for my money back and to keep the mat. I was then told again she has to get a hold of the manufacturer. This experience has been absolutely appalling. I have never dealt with a company so unwilling to help a customer!
It is July 13th and i finally received the cargo mat, but not before receiving a wrong order from them which now another issue i have to deal with. It never ends.

My wife and I ordered a bumper\skid kit for my grandson's birthday. Carid guaranteed that they would fit. They did not and I have been trying to coordinate with customer service for over two months to return them for a full refund; as promised by Carid. The customer services representatives have come up with every excuse imaginable for not allowing a return for a full refund. For the items ordered, Carid dealt with a manufacturer, Extreme Dimensions to provide the items. Carid representatives blame everything on the manufacturer and say that their hands are tied. Worse company I have ever dealt with for online purchases. I recommend that everyone stay away from dealing with them. I intend to file a complaint with the FTC for further investigation of this company. Their rating is less than one star.

I ordered a REMIN dash kit from them. Do not buy one. The description says lasar exact fit. Every piece was smaller than the trim it was designed to cover. It looks terrible. I contacted CARiD Customer Service * and was basically told that they don't take opened returns.

Absolute worse service. I ordered 4 rotors picture was black rotors received 2 silver. I emailed them told them these were incorrect and not to ship last 2 wanted to cancel. Not only do they ship 2 days later anyway I lose $50 shipping cost. Why because even though picture was black and title didn't specify any color the product description bottom of 2 page add says metallic which to me doesn't really describe a color. But don't worry everyone they gave me a $15 credit to but from there again and offset the $50 loss
