So i ordered some classic chevy parts. For around $80. Not heavy, spark plug and powersteering hose. Not expensive. But when it came to shipping costs, the wanted to charge me $620. To the netherlands. Normally it is around $45. Which is ok, although when i order in china, they do not charge any shipping.
So, $620. What do you think? Almost cheaper to collect it. What an idiots.

This is the second time I have ordered from this company within a month. Great customer service... friendly staff... always feel like my purchases with them are appreciated...
Should have learned from the first screw-up, but I tried again. Ordered a bumper and waited 18 days. It arrived and the box/crate was mis-labeled and the bumper in the box was not for a Tundra. Good customer service would be to send out the proper bumper and have wrong picked up asap. Not the case with CarID.com. You have to send pics and wait 24-72 hours for them to look at the issue, another 24-72 hours for them to contact the manufacturer... Then, they have to have it picked up and brought back for inspection, then send the, hopefully, proper bumper. I didnt screw up. You sent the wrong part. Why do I have to wait more weeks to get my order? Literally, the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and I want to make sure everyone will know.
10 days waiting for my tires and wheels to ship. Heard nothing. Called today and was told they had shipped. I said the site doesn't say that and I didn't get a notification. Put on hold and came back with "Your wheels just arrived here, they will go out Wednesday". That's another week to wait. That will be 17 days. My local shop can mount 4 tires in 20 minutes. Why does it take them a week? I spend alot on my cars and trucks, but this will be the last order from CarID.

This was my first experience shopping CardiD. I had several questions regarding the car cover I was interested in purchasing. Luis was the first available representative to assist me. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions. Also he helped with changing the shipping address to my son's in San Diego, Ca. This was an early birthday gift. I was so impressed that I ordered a cover my vehicle the following day. And, great prices as well.

Lied about shipping being free as advertised with excuse only to certain zip codes. Reduced price and lied about competitors prices.
Submitted my order and was told it would ship out in 48 hours. Never got a follow up email so I called them 48 hours after it was supposed to ship. They tell me they can't get in touch with the manufacturer (MSD) to find out where my part is but they will send a request and I should hear something in 24 hours... meanwhile, they have had my money for 96 hours. Complete joke! Just went online with *, part is shipping today and is $25 cheaper except for the same $25 I have to now pay to get the part shipped overnight.

I was on the fence about ordering a $500 Thule cargo box for my 14 explorer. I was between between using this website bs a competitor site. I used online chat and spoke to a represantive by the name of Bryan at CARiD. I only chatted with the rep to find out how soon I would get this item as soon as I ordered it. He answers all my questions with complete confidence. To my surprise, he offered a 5% coupon with a direct link to the order. Without any hesitation I placed my order right away. Keep in mind this is my first order ever with CARiD. I choose to use them vs Amazon where I purchase all of my items. I will be using CARiD for all my future automotive needs. Great service and great product selection with fair pricing! Thanks!
My order was estimated to be made and shipped in 5 days of order. This was on the 23rd of May 2017. It is now 14 June 2017 and they told me just now it was backordered. I had to call them searching for my order to get this info. They told me that the company that they buy the item from didnt answer their phone. I asked for that company's number. After I got off the phone with the lady I called the supplier. Three rings and I get an answer. The lady looks up my order and tells me the lead time. The customer service rep straight lied to me. It is a headache and this company is the worst of the worst. Wouldn't trust them with any more orders, and wont shop here again.
