First off I made a large order, I paid $856 I believe to be correct. The shocks do not fit my vehicle, the headlights the fog lights the other good to go. When I called in to return a few items so I could decide what else I wanted to get do to the front left being the wrong lift the suspension on the rear end being in incorrect size and wanting to return the LED lights to make further purchases. It was in issue all the sudden there's all these fees that go into it and I'm going to have to pay all the shipping cost. I don't see why anybody would use his company, all I was trying to do was returned them and make another purchase, but was told I'm going to have fees on top of it. Why would I want to be a returning customer to a company to be misled by customer service? This is not a good idea to purchase anything for this business.
I'm a car nut and I try to do any repairs I can, myself. I'm always looking for the best prices with good quality products and CARiD.com is always the first place I look. Their prices are good and, better yet, their service is great. Why try any place else?
I ordered a DVD player from my Honda Pilot. It was shipped right away. I got my package in a timely manner. The DVD player doesnt work the lights will come on, but the screen will not come on. I spoke with someone at CARID they told me to take a video & pictures of the issue & email it to them. Today I received another email stating they need another email or a work order from the technician. Why do they make it so hard to return an item? Your return policy shouldnt be the difficult.
It is easy to order on line and on the phone. The staff is great to deal with and can solve your issues very quickly.

The parts arrive (slow shipping) and I unboxed everything. Appears to be correct. I mounted all the running board brackets and applied the running boards. WRONG MOUNTING KIT! Frustrated, I contacted Carid and they were clueless in understanding the issues. Picture and photos sent yet no-one understood the they sent the wrong mounting kit. After 2 hours of phone calls trying to get resolved. I cancelled order and found iBoard on eBay and purchased. Stay away as this foreign driven company is clueless.
