Ordering was easy, shipping was great. Part was what we needed. The Jeep is back on the road.
Very fast and works great so far. I went in smoothly and fits exactly like the original.
I installed unit and went to start truck power comes on then No Power. Disconnected power then hooked back up the same then happened again and again. It's the weekend have to call Monday.
Received a PCM that was defective. PCM worked to get engine running but does not send voltage to regulate the alternator. Should of been tested since all dodge Chrysler jeep vehicles all use the PCM to regulate voltage to alternator.
The process was simple even after a couple mistakes on my part.
Do not order from here, the PCM wouldn't let my truck start. I put it in like directed and the dash lit up like a christmas tree. It wa last a no crank no start. Sent it back as defective.
I paid for it to arrive early and it arrived by regular mail. It arrived dirty and I followed the instructions and it still didn't work. I want to send it back and get my money back because it was plug and play and it isn't and all dirty doesn't look professional. I can buy the same one for 50.00 and if it's not programmed to turn on it's worthless.

I received and installed the computer according to the instructions. However, the truck has the same symptoms: it does not always start, almost all the indicators on the instrument panel do not work, errors are displayed that the control unit does not receive any signals from the other modules. Previously, the only problem was that fuel was not supplied, now in addition to this, there is no connection with the other units. It seems that the control unit has finally collapsed. Do you have another one to replace it? What should our next steps be to work on the warranty case.
I contacted them for a PCM which controls the alternator regulator my alternator had shorted out and took out the PCM they were prompt on getting me a new PCM. I'm returning the old one price was reasonable pre-programmed so you don't have to flash it I put it on the jeep everything is working as it should. I had a great experience with the company.
Haven't gotten a chance to put it in due to the weather. Hopefully I can get it put in this weekend
The whole process was easy when I got the part I put it in car started right up. I shut it off started it back up and everything worked out worked everything. I've been driving it and it seems to be running smoother than it was so I'm very happy.
