Good so far, easy to find a PCM for a 2006 Jeep Commander with the 4.7 engine

Okay tech department is assisting me with an issue.

The pcm / ecm was delivered on time and worked immediately.

I received the item as described. It was as simple as plug and play. It was reasonably priced. Would definitely purchase again.

My computer arrived very quickly, however I am having issues with it after installation. I have a question sent to support, hoping for an answer next business day.

It was easy to find the part I needed. The only problem is it didn't fix the issue of my Truck going into 4th Gear limpmode and still throwing Transmission Codes. So I'm not sure if the new TCM is functioning or not. Truck goes to the Dealer Friday hopefully they can figure it out.

Order and pricing was great. I have other things to conquer with my truck, so I cannot comment on the product yet.

Went smoothly from start to finish. My mechanic plugged it in and I sent back my computer.

You sold me a computer that you said was a install and play still did not resolve my issue still no start what's next

Sent my 1-error code ECM in for repair, even though car started and operated without significant issue. Received different unit back today, mechanic did all checks outlined in accompanying paperwork, installed unit, connected battery cables and auto will now not start. Additionally, I have gone from 1 to 15 or so error codes. Advised I would need to return ECM at my cost. When questioned further advised that a request for permission to send out shipping label would have to be submitted.
I am now fully without use of my Jeep for how long?

First order I received a faulty product. I returned and it took you over 2 weeks to send a replacement. The day before I received the replacement I was told that my replacement would be mailed within 48 hours.
New module did not include return address label. I called and was told you elwould email me a label.
Now you are saying the core is 21 guys late and treating me with all kinds of penalties.
I don't think I should Pay return postage because you sent me a faulty module.
Please send me a return label and i will return my original faulty module and I will return next day.
And please stop with the nasty messages. I have received at least 5 threating emails and the fault is yours not mine

I ordered an ecm for my 99 dodge truck. I assumed I would be getting an ecm and then returning my non working ecm to them. So I paid $500+ on my credit card. The next morning I found a return label in my email. It was then I realized they weren't going to send me an ecm… I had to return my ecm for repair. The next morning which was Monday I called them for 2 days and no answer. I emailed I texted finally on the 3rd day I called and someone answered and I requested a refund for my $500+. Here I am 15 days and several phone calls later of promises for a few more days for the refund. I PAID $500+ FOR A RETURN LABEL! MY CREDIT CARD SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN CHARGED UNTIL A REPAIR WAS MADE OF WHICH THERE WAS NOT! What a SCAM!
