The cover that was sent to me was too tight. Right from the start, they did everything possible not to give me a refund. And this is the last message I received from them. Totally unacceptable.

According to the pictures you provided. The cover looks like a custom fit. These are sure-fit covers, not a custom fit, but your cover looks exactly like a custom fit. The best we can do is to refund $20 and you can keep the cover. Please keep in mind that the cover will stretch over time.

Price was fair, process was easy, quality seems to be excellent. It was fairly straight forward to install and does a great job covering the trailer. With all the straps and at least 6 vents I don't think that wind will be an issue but time will tell. Would definitely recommend purchasing from these folks

The Life time warranty cover from CarAutoCovers has lasted me ten months max before it falls apart. The Fleece lining disintegrates to a white dust, the car is completely covered with the dust. The car has to be washed every time you take the cover off starting at seven months. The outer gray layer flakes if you touch it or move the cover. If you remove the cover there's it's a big gray and white cloud. My cover has been replaced 6 times; the frist one was free, after that they charge me thirty dollars to mail me a new one. January 2021, just emailed them pictures again, unable to reach upper management to complain and ask for a free cover. They haven't responded to my request. Time to buy from a different company.

Bought a car cover (3-layers) from this site, put onto my car without even move it, but the cover start to fall apart after few months, and the white layer on the top of the car completed "melt away". Called company, the manager told me it did not "melt" within 30 days so I could not get refund. More ridiculous is he told me that the damage is due to "weather"! They will not ship me a replacement unless I pay them $30, which might "melt" again after 30days----do not buy from this site.

I ordered a car cover for a 2003 Honda Odyssey. When you select that vehicle on their site, it shows you a picture of a nicely fitting car cover over a van(presumable an Odyssey). The fit is nice and tight and really matches the lines of the car. What you get instead is a loosely fitting cover that while it does cover the van, it is not nearly as nicely fitting as the picture. I don't know what van this car cover is actually supposed to fit, but if I had to guess, I would guess it is for like a Ford E350. The fit is waaay loose. I probably could have put a surfboard on each side of the van and a couple of fully blown up inner tubes behind the van, and the cover would still work. In other words, it is a generic cover that would fit any number of large vehicles, not a custom cover for the vehicle selected, as is indicated by their website. Totally misleading. When going back to see the reviews, I noticed that most of the positive reviews are for the buying experience. It's true that the purchase was simple enough and the items shipped and showed up in a reasonable amount of time. But this too is misleading, as you get the sense from all the positive reviews that the reviews are about the product. That's not true. The reviews are about the purchase process. If you look at the reviews in detail, most do not refer to the product. So all those 5 star reviews are misleading as well. It turns out, the only time the site allows you to leave a review is right after you make the purchase, so that is the only thing you can review. You cannot review the product at that time, as it hasn't even shipped to you, much less received and installed by you. Totally misleading.

I purchased a car cover and didn't fit. Called emailed picture showing didn't fit. 100% satisfaction bull $#*!! This what they told me in a email

1) We can refund 40% of the total you paid and you get to keep the cover without any questions.
2) You would have to ship back the cover and reply to this e-mail with a tracking number in order to get a full refund. If we don't get a tracking number, we won't be able to confirm that we got it and we won't be able to make a refund.
So the guaranteed fit is a lie. They sent me a cover that don't fit and I have to pay for return shipping On a car cover they "guarantee " it fit and they sell you another speech pitch " you can keep Thats car cover and only pay an additional for $80 dollars For the correct car cover we will send you in 2 days and you keep old one. So why would I keep a car cover that don't fit and why would I pay additional $80 on top of the $189 ( black satin cover? I paid already. DONT BUY! Just go to local store and buy your car cover. At least you can return with out all this bull..

Don't believe their 100% guarantee money back scam. They do not ship custom covers. They shipped a large cover inside a box with hole punctures not only was the product damaged it was the WRONG size not for my suv but for a land rover or Yukon. I was originally promised a 100% refund and a return label to ship product back for free. Then the sales Dept sent an email offering 40% refund. So not only I don't get the right product I'm suppose to pay for useless damaged goods I never ordered. They are hustlers SCAMMERS STEALING CUSTOMERS MONEY. LIARS BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY

Bought 4 covers about a year ago and even with the extreme weather conditions of snow & high winds the covers are like new, unlike others I had over the past 10 years with the worst lasting not even 3 months.
Found this company looking for covers made in America and very glad I did because the quality is way above all the others that I have had in the past.
The best thing about is that these covers which are the top of their line ones hold up to winds of between 50 to 100 m. P. h., even though I had to put straps on the ones that are out in the open exposed to the high winds.
Just ordered one for my 1982 Kawasaki 440 LTD motorcycle and will be looking forward to getting it, as the last one I had the top of the line "DOWCO" cover that only lasted 3 years in these high winds with the material that started shredding about a year ago.

Ordered the cover not even close to what was described poor quality and didn't fit called them and they said ship in back for refund! Yeah right! T had to be shipped to Canada! Half the price of the cover. Then they said we will give you 40% of what you paid for it. How funny is that. So send out junk that is worth may $25 charge me $140 and then only want to refund 40%! You have been warned! Unless you want junk with no return you better stay away total scam! Looks to me like they write their own reviews BUYER BEWARE

I bought a car cover from them and when I received it the cover didn't fit it was too tight. I sent pictures showing this and they said it is not a perfect fit cover but a (sure fit cover)they said it will sure fit the car. It does not so I asked for a refund to send it back been waiting over a month and have called, emailed them. And ever time they say you will receive it in your email within the hour still nothing this is a $65.00 dollar cover at best Wal-Mart budge covers would fit better wish I had read all the reviews before buying

I ordered a cover on 3 Sept and received it on 9 Sept 2019. I notified Car Cover the next day that the cover did not fit my car... too small. I have several correspondences where I asked to return the cover for a refund. They wanted me to take pictures with the cover on my car so they could see the fit and "send me one that would fit." Then they wanted me to keep it and refund 40% of my purchase price. I had to literally beg for my refund. I returned the cover at my expense ($96.61). And I did receive my refund. My opinion the cover was sub standard and the advertisement was fraudulent. It had no side mirror vents and was not a "guaranteed fit" and the return was not as friendly as stated in the advertisement. If they want to make it right, they should refund my shipping cost. E. When we ordered the cover we were promised same day shipping and that the product was in stock, we even paid for overnight shipping. Since this order was placed at 10am we were expecting it to ship same day. This did not happen, it was not shipped till 5pm the next business day and then took 2 days to arrive at our location. When we contacted the company about this we were refunded the shipping right away. Then we were given the run around about returning the package that we no longer wanted. We were told by a manager that we should except the package and then message them. They would send us a return label and refund the cost of the product. We did that, then we were told by the company that we never should have accepted the package and that now we were responsible for taking the package back to FED EX. For 2 weeks we repeatedly reached out to the company trying to contact a manager and were told that there apparently is never one on shift. We ended up taking the package back to FED EX without any communication from the manager that we were repeatedly told was receiving our messages.
