I ordered a cover with a second day shipping, package never arrived. I called customer service and was told by James that there's nothing he can do, oh and go ahead and give a bad review it's not his company so he doesn't care. Well lesson learned, I will never deal with this company again. For a company to display red white and blue as their official site, and have people such as James taking the calls, that's a big disappointment.

In less than a year, the cover had almost completely disintegrated. It has holes throughout. VERY poor quality. There was supposed to be a 5 year warranty. They said that I would have to pay $30 for shipping to get a new cover. There was no shipping charge on the original $109.99 cover that I bought, and nowhere on the website does it say that I would have to pay shipping.

Here is what I think they do. They buy very cheap car covers from China that cost less than $25, then jack up the price and give a warranty. Then charge $30 shipping to cover the price of a new cheap car cover from China that gets drop shipped to us.

This is truly a scam!

Purchased and installed auto cover. When I removed it 2 days later there were spots and streaks all over my Mercedes (sticky, putty colored substance). I had to spend 2 hours washing, waxing and polishing the car. I e-mailed customer service. Despite their "complete satisfaction" guarantee, instead of giving a refund, they wanted to send me a replacement cover. I didn't want their cheap cover, so again I ask for a refund. To get a refund I would have to ship in original package and pay shipping cost of over $40. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The cover I received was much too large but seemed to be very well made although of a heavy and thing material. After a lot of emails back and forth the company informed me that they are sending a replacement on of the correct size to fit my Equinox. They said to keep the first cover or give it away which is probably the best way to handle the situation because the return freight would be very costly. Anyway I am hoping for the best for the replacement.

I called to let them know The top-of-the-line lifetime warranty cover they sold me came with tiny holes in it and I wanted it replaced

I was rudely informed that it was $30 for them to send me a new one

The quality was nowhere near what I had bought in the past for less money from a different company whose name I could not remember

So I'm thinking since it arrived effective and the quality wasn't what I expected for their top-of-the-line lifetime warrantee if I spend the $30 how do I know I wouldn't get another one with the same floor

I purchased a car cover for my daughter car for Christmas. Reboxed and it and called in January to return because it did not fit. I was told I had to put it back on the car and take pictures of it. I did and emailed it to the email address provided. IT was returned, they gave me more emails all returned as non working emails. I called again, the man was rude and would not help me until I demanded service and told me I would have to pay them $30 to return the wrong car cover they sent. I refused and they sent me another carcover the same one as before. I spent 6 months trying to work this out. The last call was with a foreign speaking individual who claimed to own the company. He would not even let me tell the story, he said he did not care and hung up on me. Do not buy from this company

I received the cover that I ordered in a timely manner. I should have known there might be a problem when I realized my cover was vacuum packed so it fit in a very flat package. As soon as I opened it I realized that it was way to bulky for my needs. I contacted their return department and they tried to talk me in to trying a different cover. When I was told that there was not one any lighter than the one I had I said I would like to return it. They said fine but I needed to pay for return shipping. That's when I realized that this company is in Canada. Plus the size of this cover now without vacuum packing would need the largest box that USPS would provide(they only accept USPS for returns). My cost to return it was going to be $40 for a $80 cover. They then offered to let me keep it with a 50% refund. So I really had no choice but to keep it but I will never use it. Just be aware that their "no hassle" return policy is not really no hassle and return shipping costs are very high. Anyone want to buy a brand new cover for $40?
