I paid around $100 for mail forwarding when I moved. I just received forwarded mail from 3 unknown addresses none of which were mine. I typed up a note explaining and pushed it back through my condo mail box. The letter carrier told the condo secretary to inform me to put in the condos outgoing mail slot in which you can barely fit a regular size envelope. I know where I would like the 3 catalogue size envelopes which contained a magazine or multi page documents to fit.
CP are international recognized as one of the worst. I believe they're listed at 427 I did on a google search.

I cringe every time a package is coming Canada post. Most unreliable service ever. Tracking is a joke

I've ordered new mailbox keys 2 weeks ago, but still haven't received them! And they don't know where they are!

Absolutely terrible services your policies are stupid I had a mail to be delivered to my apartment but the driver decided to not even show up to my apartment knock and ask for me he just decided to say the that the recipient not located at the address provided I don't know who this person asked but he certainly did not arrive at my apartment I actually had even met the driver outside my building on my way home and asked if he could give it now but he said he can only give it to me when he comes to my apartment $#*! didn't show up at my apartment and now my mail is being sent back to the sender at the very least you could at least keep it at Canada post centre for a few days so I could go and pick it up from there what an absolute $#*! company

Things are frequently damaged and lost, service agents don't care. Calling in it near impossible to talk to an agent. Waste of money.

I've been using their business account for about 10 years, and I've finally dropped them! I had a package sent to Trenton Air Force base, biggest in Canada, and they could not find it! Are you blind?!? Paid $30 for nothing, well it was my last $30! Got the package back, went to FedEx, 2 days later it was delivered(yes, used the exact small address) Canada post gone don't hill!

Unless you have to send out of country I recommend never using Canada post it's not worth it nothing ever shows up on time they are by far the worst shipping service in the country. Expedited states 4 days always will be a week can order same thing with Purolator or FedEx it will be there tomorrow or the next day I don't know what this garbage company is doing but it's definitely not there job.

"Absolutely fed up with Canada Post! This has got to be the worst service ever. Trying to get through to a human is a nightmare, and those automated messages are beyond annoying. They've mishandled five of my recent packages, returning them without a valid reason. The last straw is them holding onto my Ontario-to-Alberta package since July 26th, with no updates or explanations – just the same old 'item cannot be delivered' line. They've even stashed it at a 'secure facility' in Scarbro, which makes zero sense. I went as far as getting a PO Box to redirect it, but they won't even do that. I offered to send it back to the sender, but no luck. It's mind-boggling how they can't manage a simple package when other carriers had no problem. I've stressed how important this package is, containing documents and winter essentials for my new place. Lesson learned: Avoid Canada Post at all costs. They happily took my payment, but now that I need my stuff, they're nowhere to be found. It's been over a month of waiting. No amount of insurance could replace what's in there. Take my advice, folks – steer clear of Canada Post!"

In the last 5 months they...

Folded a vinyl record and shoved in into my mail box. The record was in a record shipper with fragile stickers on it. Needless to say, the record was destroyed.

Delivered an absolutely destroyed box with the contents clearly visible and damaged. The box itself was personally handed to me by the Canada Post driver, so this was clearly done in their possession as even the CP label was 65% unreadable.

On two separate occasions they made no attempt to deliver the packages and just left a card to pick up my (paid for express post) package the next day. Another "attempt", the driver simply dropped the package off at the pick up spot and didn't even leave a card, I had to call CP after 2 days of wondering where my package was.

Again, this is all in the last 5 months with deliveries at my work and home address. Different drivers, different locations. Based on all the other reviews and my experiences, this seems very imbedded into Canada Post culture. I personally will start paying a little more money and use another service because at this point, it just become pathetic.

Twice my mail was tampered with and my credit cards copied by someone from Canada post I use a locked mailbox by them
Getting fed up now and I can't even pay my rent because of this bull

Full 16 digit had some sort of marker passed on it with the expiration date a bit inked and the side of the envelope where the credit card was pressed down with something hard making the full digits visible even through the paper slip inside

It takes 12 days to deliver a parcel from Winnipeg to Montréal ( 2200 Km). Also, when you try to send a parcel by collect on delivery sometimes they screw up and unless the recipient is an honest person and pays you via e transfer they don't have it in their system and don't request the recipient to pay upon reception of the parcel.

I took an express service from BC to QC, it's been 3 month since and not yet delivered. This never happen with amazon, fedex or dhl. Because it's federal reason why most people are forced to use it but sincerely it has to be replaced by another efficient mail company

After years of having no choice in dealing with Canada Post a lot of the time i can easily say that Canada Post is the laziest and most unhelpful postal service i have ever encountered. Calling their number is useless for more information about just about anything because it is all automated, they just repeat everything word for word from the "live chat" AI so don't waste your time with a phone call. Package's don't get delivered, sit in facilities for days even when they are rush/priority packages and tracking is very inaccurate. Even worse off, the employees under Canada Post care just as much as the company in that the drivers don't actually try to deliver packages, don't leave slips and workers at the postal office have no desire to actually help or do the bare minimum in their job. If you can i would opt for almost any other company like UPS or DHL.

The worst delivery services ever. Rather pay using other companies until 9pm i haven't received my parcel. What kind of game are these people playing. Not funny at all.

I took 2 days to ship an item from Europe to Toronto, but with Canada post after 7 days i still haven't received the EXPEDITED parcel from Toronto to Montreal. Their reason? Couldn't find a parking spot! If you ask for claim it will take 10 days, meanwhile my item is expired. So if you want someone to steal your money use Canada post.

Sent letter expedited post a week ago-expected 2 day delivery and it's still not delivered-all am told is that it is "delayed"-completely unacceptable Do not use Canada Post

They rarely deliver to my house.
They rather make 1 stop and drop all the mail at the office.
I dont drive so i need my peoduct delivered to my house.
I specially tell them to drop off at my house but won't.

The Quebec region of Canada Post is run by f_ckin childish authoritarian french f_ckin low lives who refuse to deliver packages and think they control sh_t. F_ckin pathetic.
