I've been with Boost for years now and their service just keeps getting worse their customer service is a joke I wouldn't recommend them to anyone their system is so glitch I got charged for two phones when I tried to order one and they said they fix it on the phone but then ship me to phones and now are refusing to give me my money back because they shipped phones they shouldn't have also their customer service people are not from the United States and are hard to understand
Was a customer 10 yr plus. Ordered a new phone and ended up not needing it after all. Went to return 11 days later and was told it was past the 7 day return window. Phone was new and still unopened galaxy s10e. So they won't accept the return and now they won't unlock the phone so I can sell it. Total theft going on here. Avoid at all cost!
A part from the bad service, people who work in this company never listen properly to your problem and are only good in saying " sorry for what just happened " every two seconds without even ytrying to solve your problems. By buying an annual plan i thought i will get recharged every month as I'm used to to every other operator i tried before but it's not like this, the data they provide you are supposed to be enough for the whole year, so once you finish them you won't get a data anymore for the rest of the year. Not explained properly on the plan before you purchase it. I was with kogan for 2 years and i literally saved a lot of money and had the right amount of data every month as i was supposed to. I wanted to try something new and support an australian business once again but, i get ripped off constantly by doing this and i'm learning a lesson now.
Coverage also lack many times when there is a construction work nearby you or when you enter in a shopping center.
Completely disappointed on everything what this company offers... i could have spent my 300 dollars in a better way.
I bought a Boost Mobile Sim and opted to port my phone number over to the new Sim, on their web site it says it's "easy" and takes "4 to 24 hours" to complete, I've currently been waiting 34 days and still no result other than they have ported the number enough that I could no longer use it with the old provider but not enough that I could actually make calls with the new sim and now I am left with a phone that can't text or make calls. Everytime I go to someone for help with this issue they tell me it will take 24 to 48 hours to complete. I'm stuck in a never ending 24 to 48 hour cycle.
I get a different reason for the issue everytime I speak to someone and some of them are outright lies.
I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money and they have refused.
I've never had such bad "service" or more incompetent staff interactions in my life.

I just received this phone, the charger does not work. I have been on the phone with boost for over an hour, transferred to 9 different people including apple to purchase a new charger. I finally hung up in tears out of frustration after continually reaching people who could not help me. I am a customer for 8 and have bought several phones thru boost. I am at a loss. Please someone help me, I just need a charger for this phone and don't feel like a should have to buy on thru apple. I literally just got this phone fedex today.
Rule #1: DO BE NICE TO THE CSR! I've been with Boost for a loooooong time. Other providers started offering twice as much data for less money. I called Boost the first time and followed all the prompts to FINALLY get to a CSR and the gal put me on mute then sent me to CLAIMS when I was calling to adjust my plan. That was unskilled professionalism. I hung up and dialed back, pressing the heck outta "0" and I got an AAWESOME CSR named Lorenzo, who actually cared about my call! He reviewed my account (which was past due by one day, and service was already restricted), told me that he saw how long I had been with Boost Mobile and asked me to wait for him to check some options. I got that far with the first CSR, so I was hopeful but not expectant. Lorenzo came back with a deal better than I contacted them for and I WILL remain a Boost Mobile customer.
Remember- always be nice to your CSR- they're just a person trying to pay their rent, too. And always be hopeful. Each person's account is unique and there are different options for each caller. I used to be an inbound CSR for nearly every American (and many Canadian) businesses. It did give me the "warm fuzzies" to say goodbye to someone I'd helped and related to- we are all people. :)
Boost mobile is terrible, go to another company. My phone bill is always due on the 1st of every month. Last month on the 30th my phone was shut off. I called customer service and the guy told me that since the month only had 30 days my bill was due earlier. I have filed An FCC complaint. They did something similar a couple months ago and had to credit me ยง100. The people you speak to there barely speak english.
Very very very poor internet connection. I'm exhausted calling them to resolve this issue. DON'T GO WITH BOOST MOBILE.
Boost Mobile sold me a defective phone and refused to exchange the since they have a 7 day return policy, but the problem is it took 6 days for me to receive the phone after they process the order and shipped it out. So please do not buy a phone from them because it might be defective and you will be stuck with it.
The location on north bend never go to the location if you're wanting to get a cracked screen fixed for any phone. It took entirely way too long to finish it and they screwed up my phone to a point where I couldn't use it they ruined my home button to where I can't use it anymore for a iPhone 7+ and made me pay the bill before I even saw my phone and if this review was able to give me zero stars I would
I ORDERED A SAMSUNG S7 REFURBISHED PHONE FROM BOOST MOBILE AND APPARENTLY THEY SHIPPED IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. PHONE WAS RETURNED TO THEM 7 DAYS AFTER BY FEDEX AND BOOST MOBILE CONFIRMED THIS. THEY FORCED ME TO PAY FOR ANOTHER PHONE PENDING THE TIME I GET MY REFUND BECAUSE I NEED THIS 32 GB PHONE TO START A NEW JOB.ON THE EVENING OF THE SECOND ORDER WHICH I PAID FOR THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHOUT ANY EXCUSE. AFTER CALLING THEM 27 TIMES TO NO AVAIL I DECIDED TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. THEY LIED MANY TIMES THAT THE MONEY WAS REFUNDED BUT MY BANK SAID OTHERWISE. THEY GAVE ME CONFLICTING REPORTS... TILL NOW I GOT NO PHONE AND FINALLY LOST THAT JOB.
I'd compare my new Boost phone (with their best plan even, mind you) service to using dial-up on the first public computers used, actually, I'd say even worse.
At first I figured, maybe it just takes a few days to kick in. Been going through this sad excuse of a service provider for 2 weeks now though, and literally from the second I activated my plan, if the service isn't completely cut off (which it is half the time), it is miserably slow. I'm talking taking almost 5 minutes just to load a simple couple word Google search query, God-forbid loading a video, or even trying to download or upload something.
Won't ever be going through Boost again.

I have been a boost mobile customer for many years. Buying several phones for children, spouse, my self and even parents. I have had one problem not recieving a online order of a galax6y 8 plus phone that cost me 375.00 for a prewoned phone. It did NOT come to my house, i called boost and they refused to replace or refund my money, telling me to go file police reprot? The police didnt take my phone, they did not recieve my 375.00 why is it MY responsiblity to file a report? Where is boost responsiblity? This is outrageous. I am physically not able to walk to police station I do not have a car and they want me to do thier work? How can i get my money back or a phone to replace my lost package? I do nto have alot of money, I can not affford to buy another phone. And why should I? Boost fraudantly kept my 375.00 and did not give me a phone, if it was sent, i sure didnt get it.
The phones we purchased are not working properly and the internet takes very long and Valerie wants us to pay more to exchange phones when the phones she gave us werent working correctly. I will never ever recommend anyone to Boost. Waiting foe month to be ovee sp wecan switch back to previous carrier.
Boost Mobile fails to make customers aware of 7 Day return policy on handsets I have bought 3 phones within 6 months that were defective and just found out after my last purchase in June that this was the policy. Purchase third phone on June 16th and found out that speaker on phone was defective and I had 7 days to return!. Boost Mobile Attention Center does not have loaner phones so you are stuck with a defective phone I refuse to purchase any more phones from Boost Mobile and I will definitely be leaving this company I have been a loyal Boost Mobile customer

Let me just start saying first boost mobile is great company they running of sprint towers and the service is very reliable the pros about boost is the pricing I. Been a customer with them since they started 15 years ago they were saleing the Motorola Roxy phone with the push to talk feature it was running of Nextel towers boost used to have the latest phones but now 15 years later the phones selection is very limited compare to other companies and the only reason I stick with them is only because of they pricing but on the near future if they will not get the latest phones I will have no. Choice but to move to a different service provider
Boost Mobile is pretty decent. There's days when I can't get a signal anywhere, causing my calls to go straight to voicemail. That's an issue, especially when the calls are important.
Also, I have the $35 dollar plan, which includes unlimited text, talk, and data. But once the high speed data is used up, the internet speed will throttle until it's time to pay the next bill. So I recommend using wifi to avoid buffering.
